★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru saja dari ixobox ini, pas datang pertama kali, tukang pangkas cuma 1 (yg agak gondrong), kondisi antrian 4 org, abang saya tidak disarankan bayar/ambil antrian, diminta utk kembali lagi nanti (agak bingung, kalau suruh kembali lagi nanti, bukannya nambah banyak lagi yg ngantri ya??)..bahasa krg ok utk pelanggan..
Datang ke-2 kali, masih dibilang sama, antrian banyak.
Kali ini tukang pangkas nya udah 2..yg ngomong tukang pangkas paling ujung jauh dr pintu masuk..
Lha kalau kami mau nunggu apa salahnya kan ya..terkesan kalau tukang pangkasnya nolak nolak customer
Datang lagi ke 3 kali..dgn bahasa yang sama dan ditambah lagi "sptnya nggak akan nyampe karena mau tutup"

Just came from this ixobox, when I first came, the barber was only 1 (a bit long), the queue was 4 people, my brother was not advised to pay / take the queue, asked to come back later (a bit confused, if asked to come back later, instead of adding more people queuing up ??) ... the language is ok for customers ...
Come 2nd time, still say the same, many queues.
This time the barber is already 2 ... talking to the barber at the far end from the entrance ...

Come again 3 times .. in the same language and add more "like it won't arrive because it wants to close"
This really piss us off sikkk..don't want to give Samsek star ..

Ini pertama Kali anak saya mencoba ixobox Di Margocity mall depok ini, biasanya kita langganan ixobox diSumarecon Mall Serpong... Di SMS mall anak saya selalu happy dng hasil potongannya. Semoga Hari ini dia happy juga dng hasilnya.
Disini untuk pembayaran pakai otomatic machine, siapin uang Pas Karena mesinnya ga ngeluarin kembalian.
Alat2 guntingnya juga selalu disimpan Di steriliser biar selalu bersih.
Ditembok Ada pilihan model2 rambut yg bisa dijadiin rekomendasi buat new hairstyle kamu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat cukur yang sistem antriannya bagus, pertama masuk kita langsung siapkan uang 50.000 (uang pas) untuk dimasukkan ke mesin tsb, setelah itu nanti nomor antriannya akan keluar dan free air mineral.
Untuk capsternya bagus dan ramah, kadang juga capsternya mbak2.
