★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yg saya review adalah Brazilian Waxing-nya. Bukan tentang bulu mata.
It's so bad. Why?
1. Dia pake wax, waxnya di tiup dong pake mulut. Ga kebayang dr mulut pindah ke daerah sensitif kita. Udah gitu skrng lagi Corona gini kan.
2. Waxnya tipe yg ga pake kertas. Jadi ya cabut dr waxnya, dan it hurts so much waktu mau ditarik krn ujungnya ditarik dulu secara pelan2.
3. Tempatnya enggak nyaman banget, tirai ga tertutupi secara full. Jadi masih bisa keliatan dr "ruang" sebelah. Dan the worst is, karyawan lain bisa keluar masuk tempat saya wax dengan leluasa ngambil ini itu. Sama sekali ga mementingkan privacy pelanggan.
4. Waktu wax, setelah dicabut enggak di kompres sama sekali, jadinya sakit ya sakit. Dan malah dikasih oil? Yg setahu saya ga boleh.
5. Selesai semua, wax masih ada di daerah sensitif, masih banyak sisa-sisanya. Dan waktu aku komplen tanya dibilang apa? "Emang susah mba bersihininnya". Terus expect saya bersihkan sendiri? Susah bukan kalau bersihkan sendiri apalagi bagian belakang. Akhirnya dibersihkan juga. Tapi TIDAK PAKAI SARUNG TANGAN. Jorok sekali.
Untuk harga 135k, dengan pelayanan seburuk ini, saya rasa terlalu mahal. Mendingan saya tambah 15k aja udah dapet pelayanannya yg super bagus di kompetitor.
Kalau mau buka beauty salon, please gausah merangkap semua. Pertimbangkan dulu. Sanggup apa tidak. Dan mengerti atau tidak soal waxing.

 What I'm reviewing is the Brazilian Waxing. It's not about eyelashes.
It's so bad. Why?
1. He uses wax, blow the wax with his mouth. Can't imagine from the mouth moving to our sensitive areas. That's how it is now that it's Corona, right?
2. The wax is the type that doesn't use paper. So, take it out of the wax, and it hurts so much when you want to pull it out because the tip is pulled slowly first.
3. The place is not very comfortable, the curtains are not fully covered. So you can still see it from the "room" next door. And the worst is, other employees can go in and out of the place where I waxed freely and take this and that. They don't care about customer privacy at all.
4. When you wax, after removing it, you don't compress it at all, so it hurts. And even given oil? I think I can't.
5. It's all done, the wax is still in the sensitive area, there are still many remnants. And when I complained, what did you say? "It's really hard to clean it up." Do you expect me to clean it myself? It's hard not to clean it yourself, especially the back. Finally cleaned too. But DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. It's gross.
For the price of 135k, with this bad service, I think it's too expensive. It's better if I just add 15k already I get super good service in competitors.
If you want to open a beauty salon, please don't do it all. Consider first. Can you not? And understand or not about waxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ga recommended sama sekali. saya coba ipl treatment disini dan katanya jarak ipl pertreatment 1 minggu kalau disini. padahal saya coba di klinik lain seperti zap dan lainnya diharuskan satu bulan. kalau mau buka beauty salon, sebaiknya jangan amatiran, karyawan harus ditrain dengan baik. jangan sampai merugikan customer dan terjadi hal2 yg tidak diinginkan. karena bisa dituntut loh kalau terjadi apa2
not recommended at all. I tried the IPL treatment here and it said the IPL treatment distance was 1 week here. even though I tried it at other clinics such as zap and others it was required for one month. if you want to open a beauty salon, you should not be an amateur, employees must be trained properly. Do not harm the customer and unwanted things happen. because you can be sued if anything happens
