Agak kaget sih ketika petugas yang melayani kami hanya 1 orang (selain sekuriti dan petugas administrasi di dalam) dan multi talenta (membantu untuk pendaftaran melalui web, menerima pembayaran menggunakan mesin edc dan mengambil sample saya dan istri), hasil keluar tidak sampai 24 jam, namun hasil dari PCR yang saya lakukan di smartcolab tanah kusir tidak tampil di aplikasi pedulilindungi, ketika saya chat melalui pesan wa dari pagi sampai sore tidak ada balasan, hasil tes pcr istri possitive namun tidak terdaftar di Kemenkes sebagai pasien covid-19...maaf ya saya ga bisa kasih bintang banyak" karena pelayanan yang kurang sih menurut saya pribadi..
I did a PCR test at smartcolab Tanah Kusir on Monday, February 21, 2022. I was a little surprised when there was only 1 person serving us (besides security and administrative staff inside) and multi-talented (helping with registration via the web, accepting payments using the EDC machine) and took my wife and I samples), the results came out in less than 24 hours, but the results from the PCR I did at the Tanah Kusir smartcolab did not appear in the Care Protect application, when I chatted via WhatsApp messages from morning to evening there was no reply, the wife's pcr test results positive but not registered with the Ministry of Health as a covid-19 patient...sorry, I can't give a lot of stars" because of the lack of service in my personal opinion..
