★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my fiance here for medical checkup, after the checkup my fiance seem distressed and unhappy because the doctor has examined her breast with no 3rd party present. She felt uncomfortable and distressed about the whole situation, I brought her to the head doctor to clarify whether it is a common practice to have a doctor examine private part of a patient with no 3rd party around? The head doctor said it is a standard procedure for another person(nurse) to be around, when private area of a patient is to be examined, however it depends on each doctor's preference, if the hospital is busy, then such standard courtesy might not be practiced. I find it outrageous and ridiculous that such common standard practice are not enforced in this hospital, and the head doctor continued to say that some female patients might have testing instrument insert in more private area of their body as a justification to that we are taking the situation too seriously and it is rightful for the hospital to have double and triple standards. We received no apology from the head doctor. Simply UNPROFESSIONAL and VIOLATING. As a warning to female patients who decides to come here for medical checkup, please becareful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked serologi test via Alodokter and the staff was not ready with our details/forms/booking information. They asked us to send the confirmation email to them and we still need to wait for so long. Booked for 3pm but they moved it to 1. We arrived at 1:15 and got treatment at 2:08 and without any information in the beginning the told us that the result will be ready in 5 hours (crazy).
Serologi: 150k
Letter: 100k (surat keterangan)
They were asking whether we just want the test or with the letter and we said with the letter. We paid 150k and after the test they just realise that we need the letter and ask for add 100k (again this was not informed in the beginning).
I kept asking them How long we should wait before the test but they just said "please wait"
Whenever I go to the clinic before we pay I always got the information How long the result would be!
I texted them on whatsapp and email to support center but No reply!!
