The service is really slow, doesn't respond quickly, keeps waiting for the results for a very long time, it's been wrong input again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakes yg ambil sampel / specimen 1 orang, merangkap kasir dan cek registrasi pula, jadinya agak lama, belum lagi pasien dateng tapi belum registrasi dari appnya ya tambah lama, bayarnya cuma cashless ovo atau card. Ada 2 orang admin doang, ga ngurusin pasien, cuma input input dan print tempelan data pasien.
The health worker who takes a sample / specimen is 1 person, also serves as a cashier and also checks the registration, it takes a while, not to mention the patient comes but has not registered from the app, it takes longer, the payment is only cashless OVO or card. There are only 2 admins, they don't take care of patients, only input and print out patient data.
