Dari proses pendaftaran, kemudian pelayanan untuk pembayaran dan terahkir petugas nya safety semua.
Mungkin yang kasih rating jelek sainganya/emang gak mau ngantri ya karna Pathlab selalu ramai pasien

emangnya PCR harus tunggu lama, hahahaha
antigen swab at 7 am, the results took a long time to arrive at 9:45 but have not been informed.
Do you really have to wait a long time for PCR, hahahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sempat test antigen di sini. ngak bgitu rame. perlayanan ramah. nunggu hasil 15 menitan kalau mau tunggu hasil printnya 40 sampai 1 jam.
had an antigen test here. not so crowded. friendly service. waiting for the results 15 minutes if you want to wait for the print results 40 to 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathlab MK: Service was great, the check up process went smoothly and most importantly, they were punctual (say open at 7am, really open at 7am). Results were out on time as promised.
Also went to Kelapa Gading branch before, not satisfied. They said 6:30am open, but i needed to wait until 7am before going in. Results were received days after (they promised same day). Maybe bcs they were short-staffed.
Hope can improve in the future.
