★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today. Good Biotest bisa home service. Tetapi tolong pekerja di rumah harus profesional. Pengambil darah saya masi harus cari nadi harus tusuk 2x dan pakai jarum Besar. Rasa tidak nyaman. Terlihat pekerja masih baru dan kurang mahir. Thx.
today. Good Biotest can be home service. But please workers at home should be professional. My blood draw still has to find a pulse, I have to stab it twice and use a large needle. Uncomfortable feeling. It seems that the workers are still new and less proficient. Thx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They failed to deliver an urgent test report on time despite me calling to remind them on the day itself. How hard is it to send an email on time?
I find that to be highly irresponsible because my treatment would depend their result. And since today is Saturday I guess I have to wait till Monday.
Highly negligent on their part.
