β β β β β The service is very slow, normally took me 2-3 hours to go to doctor and receive medicine. Last time I came only for purchase medicine since the doctor gave me prescription for the next medicine, it took me 2 hours so that I had to leave since I have another appointment. Wifi also very slowwwwww

β β β β β Not good, doctor time schedule between phone call and real system queue not sync, i have skipped 2 patients altough my queue number ahead from these patients. QR code for queue a bit broken.

β β β β β Unhelpful and unresponsive staff. My mother was supposed to be getting her results YESTERDAY, but our WA, phone calls, and emails to confirm for us to pick up was NEVER answered. We went to pick it up as promised by the hospital anyway, but guess what? The results are still not finished!! And the staff were so unhelpful about it! To this day, NONE of our communication has been responded.
This hospital has a massive reputation in Indonesia for being money-hungry with little to no regard to anyone who was not a 'priority', and now I can see why :)

β β β β β The worst IGD experience ever. The room was hot and noisy. No one explain me my lab result, swab result, thorax result. It took me 6 hours to get admitted to a room after placing hard complaints to the staff.
The IGD was not even on its full capacity, and collapsed. I wonder how they manage to operate in an even more critical situation during Covid.

β β β β β All the staff Doctors, Nurses, cleaning services and catering crew were very professional, helpful and friendly. My room was VIP deluxe, and it was comfortable. Thank you for the chemotherapy treatment. See you again in the next 3 weeks ??

β β β β β I had a not quite nice experience when I bring my 4 year old son to hospital for his surgery.
There are few things that made me very disappointed with this hospital.
1. The room for my son is not ready until 4PM, we were in the hospital since morning! Staff never update me if the room is ready until I called them back.
2. VIP Deluxe is not VIP deluxe, the room is bad, one of the emergency button donβt work. Bathroom tap was leaking, the sofa bed is not like what I expected from the picture. There is always a reason βthe sofa bed is all used by other patientβ which I donβt know who to believe, If they run out the sofa bed then hospital should buy new soda bed for the guardian of the patient!.
3. The food comes 2 hrs late! And it was freaking cold, the note saying the food was ready at 18:30 but seated there until 19:10PM. By the time the food come it was freaking cols, seriously!
4. Every thing took so damn ages! From the time they called our waiting number, making a payment.
5. Deposit! This is very sensitive in term of money, My deposit took so damn ages to transfer back to my bank account. staff said in 7 days I should receive my deposit, 2 weeks later is not in my bank account, I called the customer service, and they said βwait Iβll check with Finance teamβ and 2 hrs later they have not call me back, and I tried to call them back and they never pick up! Very very disappointed with the service.
The good side about this hospital
Is a doctor is good and the nurse, the rest not really!

β β β β β As when you enter the lobby, the vibe is very positive, like you entering a mall not hospital. There is a coffee shop, mini market, restaurant, ATM center, conference room, many large parking area. This building has 36 floors. Inpatients wards located on the 30th- 35th floor. The PA system is in English, but however not all staff speak good English, even the doctor.
Doctor consultation costs around IDR 500K. admin fee IDR 60K. The medicine, if you choose to buy from their pharmacy is more expensive than other pharmacy outside. But usually they offer you either you will buy from them or other pharmacy. The whole building is very clean spacious and free from that common hospital smells. Even during pandemic, the staffs and doctor still dress normal, professional attire like in office, that again gives you vibe not to feel so sick or in hospital. All staff from the bell boy, admin staffs, secretary, pharmacist, nurses & doctors are very friendly and attentive. They provide power bank rental for your convenient. So with all those facilities, no surprise that they come with high price tag. Hope this help
