★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced covid test charge at 1,600,000 for 24 hours service, and still no result after 24 hours. This is 4th July 2021 Sunday
Did the test 8am and called the next day 8am mentioned please call back at 1pm. After 1 pm still no result and person who pick up the phone says please come to the hospital if you want to collect.
Very disappointing, understand that they are overwhelmed with the case of C19 but at least give us the right treatment and result when the test is done!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse service you can get in a hospital! The nurses and administrators were no help and just stare into space.
If they suggest something better to second guess it last time ot caused me hours.
Ps: they will ask for your religion and race!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment w/ Dr. Raditya Pratama at 6.30pm. Arrived at the hospital at 5.45pm to register and waited until 6.15pm, and then I was told that the Doctor had gone home and I had to reschedule for another day. They also forgot to close my insurance card so I had to call them afterwards to transact at another hospital.
Unacceptable service.

There is a big mosque in the scond floor in the other buildings,
The mosque is comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees here is very slow. It is like they hate their job and work just for the sake of a monthly salary. The quality defenitely below standard. Everyone on the counter always on their mobile phone, despite a lot of customer around waiting.
I even need 20 mins just to do a single registration!
(It was personal, not insurance)
No wonder it got such low rating on google reviews.
But I do know there is several good doctor here so if you really want that specific doctor you already know about, you could come and bare with the condition.. but if you have the options, better find another hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The administration's lady is not very friendly but the nurses and the doctors are quite friendly. However the lift took forever, rather take the stairs. Overall, a decent hospital at kinda reasonable price
