★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The administator staffs are rude, impolite & not well informed. No ask no tell seems to be the hospital motto. The counter distribution is not well managed due to many idle admin while queues winding like a snake. Not recommended really!

What takes hours actually the waiting line in policlinic register.
While doctors, nurse and administration staffs are good, polite to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get here to get glasses for my poor eyes. I have to wait for quite long becase the doctor will come at 10 am. The doctor just give every patients not more than 3 minutes to get examinated. We have to always be patient here, because we are patients. I hope they improves in the future.
