sdh agak lama menemani keluarga vaksin 1 & 2 waktu gedungnya blm sebagus kemarin & pelayanannya so far oklah utk rs yg baru beroperasi. waktu sayabm vaksin ke 3 pelayanannya cukup baik & cepat. hanya sayangnya kalian gak punya lembaran daftar jadwal praktek dokter spesialis buat calon pasien yg mau berobat, jadi bisa datang sesuai jadwal. sy tanya suster malah di suruh datang langsung ke registrasi. jarang ada yg mau berobat ke spesialis tanpa tau jadwal kl ngak urgent banget. semoga pelayanannya lbh baik lagi ya
It's been a while accompanying the family of vaccines 1 & 2 when the building is not as good as yesterday & the service so far is ok for hospitals that are just operating. when I got the 3rd vaccine the service was quite good & fast. Unfortunately, you don't have a sheet listing the practice schedule for a specialist for prospective patients who want treatment, so you can come on schedule. I asked the nurse instead she was told to come directly to the registration. Rarely does anyone want to go to a specialist without knowing the schedule if it's not really urgent. I hope the service is better

Saya dua kali berobat disini. Yang pertama, saat saya covid omicorn, masuk di ugd yang pertama kali ditanyakan, bukan keluhannya apa? Tapi. Pembayarannya mau menggunakan apa? (Asuransi, bpjs, atau pribadi) saya jawab β€œsaya mau pembayaran menggunakan pribadi tapi nnti direimbuse sama asuransi, jadi nnti saya minta tanda tangan dokter ugd untuk mengisi klaim surat asuransi saya, agar nnti sama pihak asuransi saya di raimbuse” kalo susternya normal harusnya nangkep kalo maksud saya ( saya bayar pribadi , dokter isi form klaim saya dan saya yang lakukan proses reimbuse ke asuransi). Diputer puterlahhh dari igd covid ke admnistrasi mereka infokan gak bisa harus ada surat rujakan untuk test covid dll. Saya kaget terus bilang (pak saya mau pcr bayar pribadi nnti sama asuransi saya di raimbssss) dan katanya kalo pcr ke igd, ke igd lah saya lagi, sampe igd perawatnya bilang (harus urus adminstrasi, daftar dlu dan bayar didepan) balik lah lagi ke administrasi, asal kalian tau admnistarasi dan ugd itu jaraknya lumayan. Setelah pcr, saat saya datang saya infokan kondisi saya kurang enak, jadi mau sekalian berobat. Terus saat berobat ditanya lagi udah pendaftran di administrasi belum mba? Terus saya jawab β€œini saya disuruh muter lagi??”
I have been treated here twice. First, when I was a covid omicorn, I entered the emergency room the first time I was asked, what was the complaint? But. What do you want to pay for? (Insurance, BPJS, or personal) I replied "I want to pay using personal but later the insurance will reimburse, so I'll ask the emergency room doctor's signature to fill out my insurance claim, so that my insurance company will raise it later" if the nurse is normal it should be catch what I mean (I pay personally, the doctor fills out my claim form and I do the refund process to the insurance). Played puterlahhh from the covid igd to the administration, they informed me that you can't have a referral letter for the covid test etc. I was shocked and kept saying (sir, I want to pay personally for my PCr later with my insurance at Raimbssss) and he said if I went to the emergency room, I went to the emergency room again, until the emergency room nurse said (must take care of administration, register first and pay up front) come back again administration, as long as you know that the administration and the emergency room are quite far apart. After the PCR, when I came I told you that my condition was not good, so I wanted to go to treatment. Then when you get treatment, you are asked again, have you registered with the administration yet, Ms. Then I answered "I was told to play again??"

Rumah sakit baru di Jakarta Barat, tepatnya di daerah Duri Kea, Jalan Arjuna. Untuk lokasi cukup strategis, karen bisa diakses baik dari daerah sekitar Tanjung Duren, Duri Kepa, Kebon Jeruk, maupun Kemanggisan. Baru diresmikan pada bulan Desember 2020 yang lalu. Nangunan masih baru dan bagus, penempatan loket dan ruangan pelayanan cukup bagus dan rapi, mudah untuk melihat segala petunjuk yang ada. Semoga bisa menjadi Rumah Sakit rujukan yang maju, berkompeten, dan melayani dengan Kasih diatas Materi.
A new hospital in West Jakarta, to be precise in the Duri Kea area, Jalan Arjuna. For a quite strategic location, Karen can be accessed from both areas around Tanjung Duren, Duri Kepa, Kebon Jeruk, and Kemanggisan. It was just inaugurated last December 2020. The building is still new and good, the placement of the counter and service room is quite good and neat, it's easy to see all the instructions. Hopefully it can become a referral hospital that is advanced, competent, and serves with love over material.

My husband (foreigner) did the CT scan here, first time experience to had in indonesian hospital. and we did our rapid test antigen for flights here. Very clean, and good hospital. The staff are very helpful. ??

The emergency staff takes forever! walks like sloth! people could already die. The nurse who put in the syringe looks like a fresh grad. He made my fiance suffer because of his incapability! truly need training! very disappointing service at this new hospital
