★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bagus, tapi sayangnya jam operasional terbatas. Semoga kedepannya bisa nambah jam operasional dan minggu juga buka.
Tempat praktik nya sendiri bersih, terjaga apik walau di ruko kecil. Perawat dan dokter sama-sama bekerja dengan baik, apoteker nya juga oke.
Terima asuransi swasta dan BPJS Kesehatan juga, jadi aman bagi yang tidak bawa cash.
The service is good, but unfortunately operating hours are limited. Hopefully in the future we will be able to increase operational hours and open Sundays too.
The place of practice itself is clean, well maintained even in a small shop. Nurses and doctors work well together, the pharmacists are okay too.
Receive private insurance and BPJS Health too, so it's safe for those who don't carry cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniknya bagus, bersih dokternya juga ramah. Yang mau pakai BPJS tolong pastikan Faskes tingkat 1 adalah Klinik ini. Jika baru melakukan memindahkan faskes maka perubahan akan berlaku pada bulan berikutnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aku suka kebersihannya , tapi kurang suka untuk pelayanannya .. Dari depan oun petugasnya sudah tidak ramah , kurang senyum , dan kurang komunikasi... padahal saya berobat tanpa menggunakan BPJS alias BAYAR!
I like the cleanliness, but I don't like the service.. From the front, the staff is not friendly, doesn't smile, and lacks communication... even though I received treatment without using BPJS aka PAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas kurang senyum, sangat ketus apa sopnya gitu yaa? .. Dokter menegur pasien di depan pasien lain sangat tidak etis.. Ga bentak2 tapi cukup ngegas nadanya.. Dan apa2 selalu diarahkan ke swab entah dia sedang bisnis antigen atau pelayanan masyarakat.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik yang bagus, dan melayani pasien BPJS dengan baik. Tapi sayang jam operasionalnya terbatas senin - sabtu. Hanya sampai pukul 05 sore untuk senin sd jum'at, sabtu hanya sampai jam 02 siang. Semoga bisa diperpanjang jam operasionalnya.
A good clinic, and serves BPJS patients well. But unfortunately the operating hours are limited Monday - Saturday. Only until 05 pm for Monday to Friday, Saturday only until 02 pm. Hopefully the operating hours can be extended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak saya usia 2,5 tahun datang dengan keluhan batuk, pilek,radang dan ada gejala cacar air dikaki tanpa demam. Dokter mengatakan akan meresepkan obat batuk dan vitamin untuk imun melawan virus.
Sampe diapotik saya nunggu hampir 30 menit. Ternyata resep belum dikirim ke apoteker. Saya tanya kedepan tanpa minta maaf karena sudah menunggu dokter mengirim resep ke apoteker. Saya balik lagi ternyata hanya dikasih obat Paracetamol. Saya bilang anak saya itu ga demam. Ini juga saya punya dirumah.
Akhirnya dokter telp apoteker suruh ganti "kasih aja obat batuk pilek sm vitamin" kata dokter.
Semudah itu kah dok mengganti resep pasien tanpa minta maaf. Resepsionis pun ikut menjelaskan dengan juteknya.
Yang mau periksa dipikirin lagi deh dokternya kaya dokter boongan dan Ga jls demi kepentingan kesehatan, apalagi anak.
