Dibagian CS, jam 11:00 WIB masih sekitar nomor 11-12, menjelang adzan Dzuhur nomor antrian 14-15.
Jadi, karena Pandemi pelayanan buka setengah 9(sekaligus nulis antrian), diharapkan datang lebih cepat dan langsung ke security yang bertugas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nasabah sudah banyak, pelayanan low respon.untuk teller Cs yg aktif 1-2 orang,yg ngantri perhari 25 bahkan sampai 40 orang.
1 nasabah durasi minimal paling cepat 15 mnt maximal 60mnt.tolong pelayanan di tingkatkan lagi.sangat kecewa.

1 customer, the minimum duration is 15 minutes, the maximum is 60 minutes. Please improve the service again. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya betul pelayanan nya tidak ramah dan saya antri dari jam 8 jam setengah 12 dah habis padahal no antrian 10 , kalau di rumah ma sudah selesai masak dan makan .
Lah di bni belum ngapa ngapain dati jam 8 nunggu sampai 4 jam .
Aduh bener bener satpam nya juga tidak ramah ? padahal bni ini doang deket sama rumah
