When it was time to give birth, I came to KBS at 11 pm on March 7, 2022, I was immediately greeted and served very well and wholeheartedly. The midwives were patient, patient, and alert in assisting my delivery process. Finally at 09:45 on March 8, 2022 I gave birth to a baby boy. The only drawback is that the place is quite narrow, even though there are many patients and they come from far away, especially if a pregnant woman is definitely with her husband and even children, so it's not a big place in my opinion. And the schedule of doctors and midwives often changes, but they are always informed via the clinic's WA status. Hopefully the midwife Syifa will get better service and be able to expand her place.

On February 8, 2022, thank God, I trusted KBS to handle my first delivery, from a lot of news, the treatment at KBS was very good, it turned out to be true I'm already down, I'm afraid of going to SC because I have ruptured membranes at opening 1 and the head is still high and not prone or still slightly tilted with 1 loop of umbilical cord, trying to induce KBS given time from 14.00-20.00 if not born, seek safe SC because husband also doesn't want to take the risk if waiting 12 hours because he is afraid that the baby will not cry spontaneously at birth because it is too long or amniotic fluid finished, thank God, it turned out that with all my prayers it took 4 hours to complete the opening and was born, I am the first to feel the name of the struggle of a mother giving birth, although it is a pity that I am too tired because of lack of energy, diarrhea and vomiting, the intake that comes in is not enough for my energy to give birth but the midwife who helped the process was very patient, at that time the midwife helped Oky, thank you and sorry in the process of persuasion Linan must have been a lot of trouble to the midwives oky?, the midwives who participated in the observation also encouraged them to support that this is a blessing from Allah, Masya Allah. What is deeply felt in the heart, starting from arrival, then during the birth process until it is finished. When I arrived, I was immediately guided to the room and there were no questions or interviews of any kind. The response was so swift, accompanied by a calming smile, as well as sentences that were actually guiding to make sure my position was as comfortable as possible while occasionally getting permission to check. The sentences and tone are also very smooth when directing what makes me comfortable. Each guide is accompanied by the words asking for permission and sorry first (Be very polite..), I feel respected, At that time it was already opening 9, but the baby's head was still high. It had not yet entered the pelvis because it was transverse, then the Midwife Assistant (Sherly) gave permission to communicate with the Midwife Syifa, اشَآءَاللّهُ, Here I am even more amazed, between me and the midwives who handle the discussion to take appropriate steps, considering that I often give birth, of course with a high level of risk. Even then, I still kept asking a lot of questions, She (Midwife Syifa) and the team politely remained open to discussion. At that time I felt I wanted to push, I gave permission first, is it okay to push even though the baby's head is still high, then allowed to push but it's smooth. Good communication and handling make me more able to empower myself to pick up signals in the body, especially the prospective baby in my womb, Checked several times still high, Several times I even interrupted, she (Midwife Syifa) and her team didn't mind, just focused on what made me feel comfortable, after there was no change, I said I was weak.
