The service is great, the doctor (Nanda Cendikia) is also humble and open to consultation. My child was afraid to be comfortable with the doctor, it's not different from BPJS or not, everything is generalized, please maintain the service, okay?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah bersyukur sekali tau klinik ini. Setelah beberapa kali, setiap konsultasi walaupun menggunakan BPJS selalu dilayani dengan ramah.
Dokter dan susternya sangat tulus dalam bekerja. Saya membawa ayah saya yg sulit berjalan utk konsultasi lalu diperiksa dengan tulus, bahkan dokter dan susternya mau keluar ruangan utk mengecek kondisi ayah saya yg sulit berjalan.
Sudah lama sekali saya tidak bertemu dokter dan suster setulus mereka, semoga mereka selalu diberikan kesehatan dan rezeki yang baik. Aamiin
Thank God I'm so grateful to know this clinic. After several times, every consultation even though using BPJS is always served in a friendly manner.
The doctors and nurses are very sincere in their work. I took my father who has difficulty walking for consultation and was examined sincerely, even the doctor and nurse wanted to leave the room to check on the condition of my father who had difficulty walking.
It's been a long time since I've seen doctors and nurses as sincere as they are, may they always be given good health and sustenance. Amen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya baek, fasilitas lumayan bagus dan bersih. Mbak nya ngeselin, jawabnya agak kenceng ditanyain kapan dokternya datang. Kliniknya susah ditelepon buat bikin janji. Udah minta kuitansi, eh tetep aja lupa, gak fokus. Pdhal pasien cuma satu dua orang doang.
The doctor is good, the facilities are pretty good and clean. Ma'am is annoying, the answer is a bit loud when asked when the doctor will come. The clinic is difficult to call to make an appointment. I asked for a receipt, but I still forgot, didn't focus. Even though there are only one or two patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ based on experience. First time aku move faskes ke sini, frontliner-nya khususnya yang cewe itu bener bener ramah, berbeda dengan yang cowok, agak sedikit ketus but its ok.
Aku ke poli gigi hr ini, dan mendapatkan pengalaman preetty bad, aku sempat membaca review di google makanya aku pindah ke sini, tp trnyata not reccomended untuk gigi. Aku keluhan ada 2 :
1. Aku ngerasa ada yang berlubang di geraham atas, aku bisa rasain dengan lidah dan memang rasanya ngilu. (ini jadi keluhan utama yang butuh tindakan, krn aku tau bahwa gigi itu cepet banget rusak kalo udah ada yang berlubang)
2. Impaksi / Untuk konsul cabut gigi bungsu. Ini sbnrnya aku cmn mau konsultasi untuk gmn2nya tapi ga urgent banget.
Aku menceritakan keluhanku ke drgnya, menurutku ya drgnya sedikit jutek dan sombong. Lalu aku duduk sekitar 5menit lalu diperiksa ga sampai 3menit. Beliau hanya memberi rujukan untuk cabut gigi bungsu. Tapi untuk gigi bagian atas dia ga blg apa2 (sempat aku tanya kedua kali). Selain beri rujukan dia hanya blg "smuanya baik kok" sedangkan aku sendiri yang ngerasain ngilu dan sakit. Tp mau gmn lagi? aku jg krn baru pertama kali ke sana jd takut untuk ngotot wkwk.
Aku pakai BPJS, tempatnya memang bersih dan nyaman. Tp pelayanannya masih bisa diupgrade, aku milih klinik ini karena ya ini klinik milik siloam, yang mana pasti punya dokter dan perawat yang baik. Tp salahnya mgkn krn pakai bpjs, jadi slalu lagi dan lagi dijadikan nomor sekian. Ini honest review, tidak untuk menjelek-jelekkan klinik/perawat di dalamnya. Semoga ke depannya, perawat itu bpjs friendly. Krna aku bayar bpjs tiap bulan untuk dapat fasilitas yang baik. Kalau memang tidak siap untuk menangani BPJS mending kliniknya dijadiin Non - BPJS saja. based on experience. The first time I moved the health facilities here, the frontliners, especially the girls, were really friendly, different from the boys, a bit curt but its ok.
I went to the dental clinic today, and had a preetty bad experience, I had read a review on google that's why I moved here, but in fact it's not recommended for dentistry. I have 2 complaints:
1. I feel there is a hole in the upper molar, I can taste it with my tongue and it really hurts. (This is the main complaint that requires action, because I know that teeth break down very quickly if there are cavities)
2. Impaction / For the consul to remove wisdom teeth. This is actually what I want to do, but it's not really urgent.
I told my complaint to the doctor, in my opinion, the doctor was a little cocky and arrogant. Then I sat for about 5 minutes and then checked not until 3 minutes. He only gave a referral for wisdom tooth extraction. But for the upper teeth he didn't say anything (I asked twice). Apart from giving referrals, he just said "everything is fine" while I myself felt aches and pains. But what else do you want? I'm also because it's the first time I've been there so I'm afraid to insist.
I use BPJS, the place is clean and comfortable. But the service can still be upgraded, I chose this clinic because yes, this is a clinic owned by Siloam, which must have good doctors and nurses. But it's a mistake, maybe because it uses bpjs, so it's always used as that number again and again. This is an honest review, not to badmouth the clinic/nurse in it. Hopefully in the future, the nurse will be bpjs friendly. Because I pay BPJS every month to get good facilities. If you are not ready to handle BPJS, it's better to make the clinic a non-BPJS. gue suka sama klinik ini, pelayanan frontlinenya ramah, ga antri (sore hari), dan dokter Yosua juga enak diajak ngobrol.
menurut gue, klinik BPJS selayaknya kek gini. bersih, rapih, dan ramah jadi pasien pun juga nyaman, walaupun tempatmya kecil yah.
BPJS friendly :)
I like this clinic, the frontline service is friendly, there are no queues (in the afternoon), and doctor Joshua is also easy to talk to.
In my opinion, the BPJS clinic should be like this. clean, tidy, and friendly so the patient is also comfortable, even though the place is small.
