★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cepet sih yg penting ikuti prosedur (daftar online dan lengkapi petunjuknya dan pembayaran bisa pilih langsung/virtual), datang ke counter, tunjukin barcode, dipanggil, beres. Hasilnya tinggal nunggu WA, langsung masuk ke peduli lindungi. Overall, good job ??
 The service is fast, the important thing is to follow the procedure (register online and complete the instructions and choose direct/virtual payment), come to the counter, show the barcode, be called, done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melayani pemeriksaan covid -19.Letaknya di SPBU di tikungan PDK yang pernah ditutup tapi dibuka kembali. Harga tes sesuai dengan anjuran pemerintah. Untuk pemeriksaan harus melakukan registrasi online dan membuat akun baru di wabsite BUBAME.
Serving the Covid-19 examination. It is located at the gas station at the corner of the PDK which was once closed but reopened. The price of the test is in accordance with government recommendations. For inspection, you must register online and create a new account on the BUBAME website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gilaa lama bangett dintes nya padahal udah bayar dari h-1 online. Sampe sana. Antrian fastrack nya ngga berjalan. Yg belum bayar juga antri di situ. Yg ngurusin admin banyakkkkk.. tp yg ptugas tes cuma 1 di drive thru nya.. ngga lagi deh bumame
It's crazy how long it takes to dintes even though I've paid from d-1 online. Get there. The fasttrack queue doesn't work. Those who haven't paid also queue there. There are a lot of admins who take care of admin... but only one test officer on the drive thru... not anymore, bumame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suami saya nunggu update NAR yang ngelink ke app pedulilindungi lama bgt berhari hari.. harusnya kan segera update agar dapat whatsapp dr kemenkes dan dpt medical kit untuk pasien positif. Di wa & email tidak respon. Beginikah after service nya bumame?? Ini riskan lho untuk pasien positif dalam keadaan genting yang harus cepat ditanggapi.
My husband has been waiting for the NAR update that links to the Care Protect app for days... it should be updated immediately so that he can whatsapp from the Ministry of Health and get a medical kit for positive patients. In wa & email no response. Is this how Bumame's after service is?? This is risky, you know, for positive patients in critical situations who must be responded to quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil tes pcr lebih dari 24 jam belum juga keluar. Saat proses mengantri tes melalui drive thru jg cukup lama (padahal saya sudah fast track), sepertinya karena staf yg ada di lokasi jg kurang banyak. Kalau memang jadwal keluarnya hasil tes tidak sesuai dengan yg dijanjikan (max 24 jam), mungkin sebaiknya diberikan kuota peserta untuk tiap hari agar tidak terjadi penumpukan / keterlambatan pelayanan. Semoga kendala ini bisa segera diperbaiki.
The results of the PCR test for more than 24 hours have not yet come out. The process of queuing for the test via the drive thru is also quite long (even though I have fast tracked), it seems that there are not many staff at the location. If the schedule for releasing test results is not as promised (max 24 hours), it may be better to give a quota of participants for each day so that there is no buildup / delay in service. Hopefully this problem can be fixed soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat lamaaaaa.....saya tes hari sabtu siang bilang katanya paling lama 24 jam setelah tes di kirim ke wa. Tapi sampai senin sore hasil tes belum di kirim. Padahal tujuan saya tes karena tanpa sadar saya baru saja berinteraksi dengan 2 orang penderita covid.
Di rumah saya ada lansia dan anak balita. Saya baca revew katanya cepat tes di bumame tapi nyatanya tidak berlaku di saya.
Saya chat admin dari minggu dan kemudian senin sore tapi tetap tidak ada jawaban ataupun respon.
It's very long..... I tested on Saturday afternoon and said it was no later than 24 hours after the test was sent to wa. But until Monday afternoon the test results have not been sent. Even though my goal was to test because without realizing it I had just interacted with 2 people with Covid.
In my house there are elderly and toddlers. I read the review, it said it was quick to test on Bumame but in fact it didn't work for me.
I chatted admin from Sunday and then Monday afternoon but still no answer or response.

Pelayanannya tetep okay, ada walk in dan drivethru juga. Lumayan antri nya :)
Just found out that it's in Cirendeu, so you don't have to go all the way to Simatupang. Haha
The service is still okay, there are walk ins and drive thrus too. It's a great queue :)
