Pengiriman mandekkk aja terus di Pluit udah hampir 2 hari gak jalan"(apa emang karna semua barang yg dikirim harus di DP disini ?). Kapok pake ekspedisi ini lagi.
Saran untuk yg punya sicepat reg. Anda harus bikin rute baru lagi untuk pendistribusian barang agar prndistribusian cepat karna anda memakai LABEL SICEPAT bukan SILELET...
From Kemayoran (Central Jakarta) TO Papanggo (North Jakarta) why do you have to go through Pluit why not drop it at Sunter?
Just keep sending Mandekkk in Pluit in almost 2 days, it didn't work "(is it really because all the goods sent have to be sent here in the DP?). How to use this expedition again.
Suggestions for those who have fast reg. You have to make another new route for the distribution of goods so that the distribution is fast because you use FAST LABELS not SILELET ...

Please improve the service again, from Central Jakarta to South Jakarta, 1 working day should be enough for between packages, why did not my package arrive up to 4 working days. Express what ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicepat Muara Karang ini tempatnya cukup simple, lebih suka karena ada self service jadi tinggal masukin kode booking yg di depan meja kasir. dan ga perlu repot-repot nunggu buat di input.
Sicepat Muara Karang is a fairly simple place, preferring it because there is self service so all you have to do is enter the booking code in front of the cashier desk. and no need to bother waiting for input.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon maaf, lebih baik next time saya pilih Jasa Pengiriman lain, Manajemen disini sangat dan sangat bobrok, saya pesan barang untuk bos saya lewat Tokopedia tanggal 2 Maret dari Kota Kediri Jawa Timur, sampai sekarang belum sampai2 dan Info Track terakhir masih ada di Kediri, saat saya ke kantornya di Pluit Karang Utara Jakarta, Adminnya menghubungi SiCepat Kediri tidak ada respon sama sekali, Sungguh WTH of This Shipping Agency Management ! Udah begitu Admin2nya tidak ada permintaan maaf ke saya secara pribadi juga. Really Bad Hospitality ! Walaupun bukan mereka yang mengalami secara langsung TETAPI sebagai pekerja yang baik mereka harus tetap minta maaf kepada pelanggan atas nama manajemen perusahaan.
Sorry, it's better the next time I choose another shipping service, the management here is very and very dilapidated, I ordered goods for my boss via Tokopedia on March 2 from Kediri City, East Java, until now it hasn't arrived and the last Track Info is still in Kediri, when I went to his office in Pluit Karang Utara Jakarta, the admin contacted SiCepat Kediri there was no response at all, Really WTH of This Shipping Agency Management! Already so Admin2nya no apologies to me personally too. Really Bad Hospitality! Even though they are not the ones who experienced firsthand BUT as a good worker they must still apologize to customers on behalf of the company's management.
