★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mbak bernama CITRA yg ada tompel di bibir kerjanya gak becus, paket pngiriman sya sala sortir dan salah tempel resi oleh si CITRA ini, jadi paket tertukar sampai sekarang paket hilang tidak dtemukan sudah lewat 1 bulan. tidak ada kata MAAF atau pergantian uang, setiap dtnya blom ada laporan dr sana. MOHON DITINDAK LANJUTI
