★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good chinese food resto, they serve fast, taste good and friendly. The price is worth the food not too expensive, but also not a cheap one. There is menu-size choice small big, so no worry.
But lately the service are a set of a new one, so service is a biiit chaos, hope they learn fast.

I will come here on the weekend just to have their bakmie (bakmie tjia <-- xie in pinyin) most of the time.
They are an old chinese resto with a wide variety of chinese food. Most popular with "Hokkien Lomie" "ayam goreng kering saus udang" and I love their "lumpia udang". I will usually order these if I come with some company.
if it is just me or just 2 of us. I will order "Bakmie Hipio". I think the son cook it.
Everything is rite, from the noodle texture, the taste of the soup, the "luxury" toppings (fish maw, scallop, prawn, pork tendon, shiake mushroom) are all in top quality.
It can be considered as a healthy noodle (and not cheap). but luckily it taste really good. very nourishing. definitely worth it.

We.order steam prawn, fresh tender.and sweet. Special.fried.chicken that.has been marinated for hours. We also order garoupa with Hongkong style, crab with padang gravy and bread, javanesse noodle and veggie, plus.fish soup.as opening.meal. Overall taste are excellent.and price come.with the quality. We recommend the restaurant to people.who look.for the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is supposedly the original Chuan Tin restaurants (I'm a frequent customer at Chuan Tin, both the halal and non- halal ones). My dad likes this restaurant and we've been here for family dinner a few times. I gotta say, I much prefer Chuan Tin restaurants, sorry Dad. The service in this restaurant is terrible. The owner (the older lady) is not friendly, comes off as bossy (towards customers, mind you!) and impatient. The staffs are poorly trained. They never seemed to know what to do. In this particular evening, we were there for CNY Eve dinner. When we asked the staff to please serve the soup in individual bowls, she replied, sorry we can't do it, we're understaffed. But there were a few of them just standing around looking lost and not know what to do. The food is lacking in taste, have never been impressed with their food. Only took a picture of their mixed cold dish. We paid IDR3.8 mill for the set menu (only 7 dishes), and when we asked where the fruit platter is at the end of dinner, we were served a plate of 10 Mandarin oranges ??♀️ The outlet itself is the typical old-style Chinese restaurant. And parking is terrible when crowded. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great chinese food with remarkable dishes: Lomie (noodle with tasty gravy), lumpia udang (fried shrimp paste), kodok batu goreng mentega (fried frog with sweet soy butter sauce), oyster omelette. Probably worth to try: abalone scallop prawn noodle (cost IDR 180k). Clean place and friendly owner who serves the customers herself.
