★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived 8 months there. Nice luxury residence, well located, that I recommend (2 pools, 1 supermarket, 1 tennis court, 1 squash court, 1 gym, 1 table tennis, 1 pressing, 1 pharmacy, 1 function room).
Kind people working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A luxurious apartment in a strategic location, just a short drive to Senayan, with access also to West and South of Jakarta. From here, just go over the fly over to Permata Hijau and you have access to both South and West Jakarta. Luxurious from entrance to the private area for residence, however it could be more luxurious. I have seen other apartments at its segment level with more luxury and elite look and feel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this apt, there are so many air fresheners.
At least, they shouldn't have installed the air perfume in the lift which is a small, enclosed space.
Some countries, the air perfume is banned in a small, enclosed space because its chemicals can bring diseases such as asthma, cancer, allergies, etc.
It's really dangerous to our health.
After complaint about this, Chief Manager changed it to the coconut oil with water in our lift.
It was really helpful for my Asthma,
But in the other space like lobby, It's still stink with severe air perfumes.
If you have same health issue, you can ask to the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful and plain. Simple housing complex for people at the higher end of social class. Clubhouse is available for the public. Foodhall is also present in the complex. Guests can park on the side entrance near the mosque, or in the Clubhouse park inside the complex.
