★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment has established in 2012.
As management is not capable enough, facility is deteriorating even though this is newer apartment.
And also, staff education is not so good. If some technical troubles happen, they are not able to solve. For me, air conditioner is not powerful enough and has asked repair several time, only their reply is this is normal. They have a lot of security person but most of them are just playing around, not monitoring carefully. Some security people bully kids when parents are not seeing. Some don't help to open doors. They are waste of money. If i'm owner, i will cut half of them and use expense for other purpose. If you wanna live in this area, i recommend Pakwono series.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the one of the most luxurious condominiums in Jakarta. The location is so good to reach shopping malls, city center, and tolls. The buildings are being managed very well which gives you privacy, clean facilities, and good service. Also, each unit use 2 designated parking slots.
