★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ngajuin pinjaman tgl 10 Agustus, baru di setujui tgl 12 , trus tgl 13 kmren ada notif dana berhasil di cairkan..
Tpi sampai sekarang ga da uang masuk ke rekening saya..
Dan yg lebih menyebalkan d aplikasi statusnya sudah menunggu pembayaran..
Terima jga belom dah suruh bayar aja..
Kontak CS lwat apk, medsos, email, gada tanggepan..
Tlp CS pun sibuk mulu..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo pihak cairin mohon batalkan pinjaman saya,saya memohon pembatalan peminjaman dikarenakan belum membutuhkannya saat ini dan itu terpencet oleh ponakan saya,saya sudah menjelaskan lewat email tapi belum ada jawaban yang memuaskan,
Karena pihak Cairin bilang bahwa sbb :
"Pembatalan hanya bisa dilakukan dengan cara tidak menekan menu "cairkan dana" pada aplikasi di saat pengajuan pinjaman sudah disetujui atau sebelum status pada aplikasi berubah menjadi "menunggu dana dicairkan".
Jika status pinjaman pada aplikasi sudah "menunggu dana dicairkan" maka proses pembatalan belum bisa dilakukan "
Maka dari itu status saya dalam aplikasi cairin adalah "menunggu verifikasi" yang berartian masih bisa di batalkan (seharusnya bisa)
Saya sudah mengirimi email pada OJK untuk meminta bantuan dengan alasan yang cukup login dan dengan menuruti isi dari pembatalan peminjaman tersebut
Jika belum ada jawaban baiknya saya akan tetap melapor pada ojk terimakasih

"Cancellation can only be done by not pressing the "withdraw funds" menu on the application when the loan application has been approved or before the status on the application changes to "waiting for funds to be disbursed".
If the loan status on the application is "waiting for funds to be disbursed", then the cancellation process cannot be carried out "
Therefore my status in the cairin application is "waiting for verification" which means it can still be canceled (should be)
I have sent an email to OJK asking for help with reasons that simply log in and follow the contents of the cancellation of the loan
If there is no good answer, I will still report to ojk, thank you
