very bad service. Ms. in front is curt & unfriendly. sick people become more lazy to seek treatment. waiting too long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya sangat ramah dan penjelasannya cukup detail, seperti kebanyakan keluhan bagi pasien lain mungkin sama ya lebih merujuk ke receptionist yang ketus, terus mba di bagian pengambilan obat yang kurang fokus entah karena ngobrol atau mainan hp sehingga saat dipanggil untuk kasih resep harus beberapakali biar didengar. Secara keseluruhan lumayan bagus lah karena dokternya juga bagus harga periksa masih terjangkau u/mahasiswa
The doctor is very friendly and the explanation is quite detailed, like most complaints for other patients may be the same, they refer more to the curt receptionist, then Ms. in the medicine taking section who is less focused either because of chatting or cellphone toys, so when called for a prescription, you have to be heard several times. Overall it's pretty good because the doctor is also good, the price for the examination is still affordable for students

Dr. KASANDRA tidak Profesional, bahasanya kasar, cenderung tidak etis, dan pemalas, tdk mau memeriksa fisik pasien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini nememin ibu sendiri (lansia) periksa dan ngga dibolehin mendampingi saat konsultasi dokter tanpa penjelasan. Menurut saya ini fatal sekalo
This is the first time I have accompanied my own mother (elderly) for a checkup and I am not allowed to accompany her during a doctor's consultation without explanation. I think this is fatal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan udah ada peningkatan banyak, kayaknya staff resepsionis depan udah ganti mbak2 nya yg dulu terkenal judes gak ramah.
Buat dokter bagus2, tapi paling seneng dan cocok kalo priksa ketemu dokter Kristal.
The service has improved a lot, it seems that the front reception staff has replaced the ladies who used to be known to be bitchy and unfriendly.
For a doctor, it's good, but it's the most fun and suitable when you see a Crystal doctor.

Pelayanan cepat, dokternya laki laki menerangkan kondisi anak sy dengan jelas, petugas bagian depan juga ramah dan melayani dgn cepat. Alhamdulillah atas izin Allah paginya anak sy sudah sehat kembali. Terima kasih
My family and I just came from out of town to Jogja. That night my son had a high fever. Through google we found this clinic. Fast service, the male doctor explained my child's condition clearly, the front staff was also friendly and served quickly. Alhamdulillah, by Allah's permission, in the morning my child is healthy again. Thank You

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya dan anak periksa hari Senin dokternya pria, baik banget dan sabar..komunikatif jadi kita adem rasanya. Mbaknya juga ramah2 tetutama yang di front office (mbak Tia) dan kasih informasi lengkap. Terus ditingkatkan ya?
My son and I checked on Monday the doctor was a man, very kind and patient..communicative so we feel cool. Ms. is also friendly, especially at the front office (Ms. Tia) and gives complete information. Keep improving ?
