★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawainya Ramah. Dokternya bisa diajak berkomunikasi. Nyaman tempatnya. Saya pakai BPJS jadi lebih santai menanggapi fasilitas n pelayanan (bila ada yg kurang).
berpuluh-puluh kali saya kemari lebih banyak pelayanan yg biasa saja (ga terlalu nyolok buruknya). Masih bisa ditolerir. Mungkin karena gratis jadi ga merasa rugi n dibawa santai kalo lagi ada disana ?
 Friendly staff. The doctor can be invited to communicate. Comfortable place. I use BPJS so I'm more relaxed in responding to facilities and services (if something is lacking).
I've been here dozens of times, mostly the service is mediocre (not too glaringly bad). Still tolerable. Maybe because it's free, you don't feel like it's a loss and take it easy when you're there ?

Suami saya priksa disini bayar habis 75.000 tp suami lupa gak minta surat ijin sakit..(karna permintaan kantor, suami suruh pakai surat ijin sakit) ganti hari mau minta surat ijin sakit pelayan sana bnyak ber-belit". Katanya harus sama dokter yg priksa kmren, dokter nya ada lagi hari senin. Senin kesana lagi mau minta surat ijin sakit utk yg kmren, gak dikasih. alasan nya cuma gak bisa.. gak mutu banget.. kenapa harus ber-belit" kayak gini to.. kalau gak bisa ya bilang dari awal. Kalau kayak gini kan cuma buang" waktu. pelayanan kurang enak, gak seperti dulu waktu klinik masih di selatan jalan. !!!
Unsatisfactory service...
My husband checked here and paid 75,000, but my husband forgot to ask for a sick leave..(because of the office's request, my husband told me to use a sick leave) Changing the day I wanted to ask for a sick leave, the waiter there was a lot of convoluted "He said it had to be the same doctor who checked it. kmren, the doctor is there again on Monday. Monday there again wants to ask for a sick leave for the new one, it's not given. The only reason is that it can't be.. it's not really good quality.. why do you have to be complicated like this... if you can't yes said from the start. If it's like this, it's just a waste of time. The service is not good, not like it used to be when the clinic was still south of the road. !!!

The service is good...the t4 is clean and tidy...the lady is fine....hopefully in the future it will be even better....??

Bagian pendaftaran tidak ramah, sudah di komplain langsung ke mereka tapi tidak ada kata maaf, malah cuma pembelaan aja ??
Sangat sangat buruk. Coba dicek penilaian yg lain juga mengeluh tentang pelayananan.

Visited for the umpteenth time. The location is on the side of the godean road, the place is nice and comfortable. The doctor checks with the dentist, friendly and responsive. The front office is also friendly and agile..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disini ada bisnis covid,dimana ada aturan membeli APD untuk poli gigi,padahal sdh mrmbawa APD sendiri dari rumah dgn kwalitas yg lebih bagus,tapi ada aturan tetap harus membeli APD didini yg berkualitas rendah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik yang lokasi nya sangat strategis, menjunjung tinggi prokes karena semua petugas ber APD dan ramah, untuk proses antrian sudah cukup fair. Harapannya ke depan lebih memuaskan lagi untuk Klinik Sarodja
