The customer service is very good via WhatsApp, when there were a items that not available at that time after I paid the bills, they keep inform me about the situation before they send my package also give me a very clear and fair options, although I finally asked for a refund and the refund was also fast. SHOPPERS BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!! As I read through the reviews of so many others who have been scammed by this dodgy so called "company" I feel outraged that Sayur Box can still operate. Not only did Sayur box not fully fulfill my order (7 items were MISSING!!!), it delivered the order 2 hours outside of the allocated delivery time meaning that my entire box of fruit and vegetables was covered in warm defrosted chicken slim. Every single 'sensitive item' including 2 pots of yogurt, 1 kg of chicken, mozzarella cheese and tofu had all perished because they had no ice packaging (they were wrapped in cardboard to keep them "cold") AND, delivered so late that these items were hot/warm upon arrival. All cold storage items were thrown away, such a waste of food and money!! Customer service is dismal and extremely unprofessional. I was met with a unsympathetic support officer who told me "For this obstacle already conveying it to our related team. Please wait." Everytime I followed up with them again I was met with the same message "please wait." Finally today, they sent me a message asking me to confirm that this issue has been resolved. After replying immediately, 8 hours later and I have heard nothing from the support team. You should be ashamed of yourselves!! As if people aren't already struggling enough during Covid-19 to support themselves and their loved ones, now your company is cheating them too. Instead of ripping people off and taking more orders which you cant fulfill, you should DO THE RIGHT THING and reimburse those who haven't had their orders fulfilled and re-deliver items which have perished due to your poor handling and are at standards you yourselves wouldn't eat or feed to your family.

I have great experiences using Sayurbox services. It has great concept and good products. It's really easy to find some fresh fruits & vegetables here, I also always found tempting promotional items here. Plus in this situation when there is a pandemic, Sayurbox makes my self quarantine day so much easier.

very bad experience shopping at sayur box . Very Poor customer service. They gave me a false promises but no in reality . My order no SR-54K8MAFV3JOS-NR , delivery on May 4. But when arrived, outer packaging is printed my name, but inside order & invoice not mine. Hence I made a complain to [email protected], & they informed me my right order will be resent on May 6 but in fact, nothing happened today. When I contacted again their support, they told me it is still under investigation . So speechless.. . meaning they didn't handle my complaint at the first time only giving promises to customer.

Fresh product, fast delivery, good customer service. Why I said that? Because at that time my item was missing and then I complained via email, then they reply to my email in no time. And of course, they refund it asap. It was a great experience for me. Plus, the delivery is fast. Order now, delivered in the same day or the next morning ?

What a beautiful box of fresh and delicious local/import produce! Lovely to be able to add on extra treats like fresh bread and the pantry stapple. Reasonable prices. Convenient delivery times. However, I have found in recent months the quality of picked produce has dropped ( over ripe fruit,etc). Please do improve your quality control before delivery.
