★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually on time & correct items delivered. Sometimes delivery delayed because of the high volume of business during COVID times, this is understandable. Some issues with missing items were resolved & refunded by Customer Service. Drivers are always excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried Happy Fresh service for the first time today and was absolutely turned down by the experience. Two hours before the delivery time, my order status did not change. I got to chat the CS (Febrian) to confirm my order, the order status did change but the CS ended the chat before giving me the information. I found out when I checked my order, quite annoying but anyway problem solved. Got a phone call from the shopper that some of the items are out of stocks, no worries. Moments later I got another call, this time from the driver who informed me that actually my address is out of range (above 6kms), so they cannot deliver my order. First of, I didn't know about this distance rule, secondly, how come the order went in successfully if my address is out of range. OK forget about the rubbish system, why no one checks the address before confirming the order? I talked to 2 people before the driver, yet they didn't inform me this. I finally called the CS to double check, the lady on the phone told me that if I want to WAIT, she will HELP to solve this issue. There were no calls until 4 hours later, I checked the order and it was already cancelled 4 hours ago. Honestly, not only am I disappointed, I am traumatized to use the service ever again. What to expect from a company with broken system and bad customer service? Nothing. Rather than putting ads everywhere, you should invest your money in building your system and people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ever, totally disappointed from their services, keep delaying the order by changing the days and after two day, again received call to delay it for further 3 to 4 days. A order placed on Sunday with delivery on Sunday they are dragging to Thursday. I didn't experience this type of service before. Finally cancelled order and I am not sure how quickly will be able to get the money back. Totally disappointed.

Shopper's been very helpful in letting me know the whether my order's is in stock or not. Good enough option for payment method. Just another app you must keep in your phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just ordered from Happy Fresh for three days in a row. They say their products arrive on time and fresh. This morning I ordered half gallon of milk and cereal. The milk arrived with the date expired and spoiled solid inside. Ive sent several emails with no response and also contacted the delivery person with no response. Ive asked all day for the milk to be replaced. I won't be using Happy Fresh any longer
