★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesan dan bayar via gopay berhasil jam 17.54 lalu pesanan statusnya masih menunggu pembayaran, email cs dan wa disuruh tunggu 30 menit, begitu dicek pesanan batal, wa kembali dibalas pesan akan direspon jam 9 pagi, parah banget pelayanannya ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesanan saya tidak sampai, tapi statusnya sampai. Komplain ke whatsapp layanan pelanggan tidak ada respon, di tlp call center menunggu puluhan menit tidak ada yg menjawab. Mengecewakan!

Jadi saya kerepotan padahal belanja sebelumnya sering tapi kali ini bener benar kaku banget tidak membantu konsumen terutama konsumen yang sudah loyal. Tidak akan belanja lagi di brambang.
