Namun minus nya dr cluster ini, sdh 60an% terhuni oleh pembeli namun infrastruktur jalan, gerbang, saluran got/selokan blm direalisasikan oleh developer. Smg lekas di realisasikan agar bisa ridhoi warga yg sdh menghuni dan calon pembeli pun smakin yakin dan tenang. Terimakasih
Affordable access location from major highways, 10 to the station. The neighborhood is friendly & lively, close to the Mosque & Mosque, close to Volley Field & the Football field which is already available on the housing complex.
But the minus of this cluster is that up to 60% is occupied by buyers but the road, gate, sewer / sewer infrastructure has not been realized by the developer. It is quickly realized so that the residents can enjoy the residents and prospective buyers are more confident and calm. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cluster ini ga jauh dr Riscon Padjadjaran, bahkan satu jalan. Tp ya gitu, buat sy serasa dilemparkan ke negeri antah berantah dimana sinyal XL disana bagus utk nelp tapi parah ga bs Internet-an. Haree gene ga bs inet? Apa kata dunia?? Wkwkwkw....
Pdhl lg promo dp 10 juta all in lho, bebas semua biaya. Cicilan ga terlalu besar klo ambil 15thn...lama yaa..
Tp maap pak Marketing, eikeh ga jadi ambil disitu soalnya anak-anak eikeh mau sekolah dimana klo rumahnya disitu? Ga kebayang klo pas ujan, jalanan yg hancur berlubang penuh air, jadi jebakan maut utk pengendara. Disamping minimnya penerangan. Mungkin 3 tahun kedepan udh lumayan ya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lingkungan sangat ramah, kompak dan nyaman buat hunian, cuma janji tinggal janji infrastruktur nya kurang seperti tutup selokan yang kayanya abis dibangun unitnya udah ditinggal gitu aja abis akad, ga mentingi keselamatan dan dampak jika anak2 bermain dan masuk ke bak kontrol selokan.
