★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama melihat rumah ini, bagus, lokasi cukup strategis, dan lingkungan nyaman. Saya membeli satu unit, dan saya tidak menyarankan anda untuk membeli unit rumah disini. Karena ternyata banyak sekali masalahnya, mulai dari hasil renovasi dengan developer yg tidak beres, developer slow respon, ketidakjelasan tanggung jawab dll. Rumah banyak retak dan bocor, termasuk pada hasil renovasi yang baru jadi bahkan beberapa pipa tidak tersambung.
The first impression of seeing this house, is good, the location is quite strategic, and the environment is comfortable. I bought one unit, and I do not recommend you to buy a house unit here. Because it turns out that there are so many problems, starting from the results of renovations with wrong developers, slow developer responses, unclear responsibilities, etc. The house has a lot of cracks and leaks, including the results of the recent renovation, even some of the pipes are not connected.
