★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bangunan lama setelah menempati 1,5 bulan terlihat lah kerusakan di sana sini, internit belakang jebol krn berjamur kena air hujan, tembok belalang retak-retak dan berwarna hijau berjamur, lampu dapur cebol kabelnya turun, MCB listrik di dalam rumah tidak dipasangi rumahnya, pemasangan pipa air tdk bagus krn kran di kamar mandi tdk berfungsi, pemasangan septik tank salah seharusnya septik tank dibuat di teras utk garasi motor/mobil tapi ini septik tank dibuat dilahan terbuka hijau untuk menanamkan pohon. Pembeli sudah komplain tapi tidak diperbaiki sampai saat ini.

The buyer has complained but it has not been fixed until now.
