β β β β β Kualitas layanan buruk, level kaki lima. Setelah selesai service bayar, saya minta kwitansi bilang ketinggalan, janji kirim lewat WA. Follow up beberapa kali lewat WA namun tidak di tanggapi. Sebulan lebih setelah service, unit AC yang di service bermasalah lagi, bocor. Baru teringat lagi bahwa kwitansi belum di kirim, tanya koq abis 30 hari dikit langsung bermasalah, lewat WA di jawab sudah lewat 30 hari, sudah tidak garansi.
Ironis, pertanyaan mengenai kwitansi (yang nota bene menunjukkan jenis dan harga layanan) berhari-hari hingga sebulan lebih tidak di respon, begitu nanya issue koq bermasalah lagi, jawabannya instan sudah tidak garansi. Tidak professional.
Poor service quality, sidewalk level. After finishing the payment service, I ask for a receipt saying I missed it, promise to send it via WA. Follow up several times via WA but were not responded to. More than a month after service, the AC unit in service had another problem, leaking. Just remember again that the receipt has not been sent, ask if after 30 days a little problem immediately, through WA answered that 30 days have passed, no guarantee.
Ironically, questions about receipts (which postscript shows the type and price of the service) for days to a month are not responded to, when I ask about the problem again, the instant answer is not guaranteed. Not professional.
