Nama na dokter mah kudu siap melayani pasien yg pngen brobat tengah MLM itu pun baru jm 23.30 nama na jg klinik 24jam..sekali masih sy sabarin..nanti kalau kejadian terulang LG bs sy laporin n bs rame itu klinik..kalau ad klinik yg dket dr rmh mending sy pindah faskes.. dikarenakan TDK ad yg dket..miris liat bicara dokter sprti itu..etika kedokteran nya d kmnain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya cek kehamilan istri saya, baru pindah dari klinik bpjs yg lama ke klinik ini karena dekat dengan rumah orang tua, rupanya data bpjs ternyata blum pindah masih di klinik yang lama. jadi kartu baru yang saya print tidak bisa di pakai. Kasirnya rada nyolot gitu, bayar juga cuma berapa sih, kalo ga bisa ya sudah bilang dengan baik, di kiranya saya baru bikin bpjs, dadakan gitu karna istri saya hamil, saya punya kartu bpjs kesehatan, semenjak bpjs kesehatan itu ada. bikin emosi..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa bgt ngejanjiin usg jam 12 siang dateng buru2 dari pangkalan 4 udah panas2an mana bawa motor sendiri lagi hamil besar, taunya jam setengah 1 sampe dokter udah ga ada! Saya udah bulak balik 3 kali tapi hasilnya zonk! Yang pertama emg saya gatau jadwal usg nya, yang kedua saya dateng pagi2 bilangnya usg jam12 pas saya dateng jam segitu malah sepi saya pikir belum ada yg dateng!
"Bidan Bilang nya dokternya tumben hari ini datengnya cepet jam setengah 11 udah dateng", kenapa pas saya chat wa tanya usg dari jam betapa sampai jam berapa malah jawabnya jam 12 sampai selesai, nah dalam arti selesai nya itu kan pasien gatau jam berapa? Pas chat lagi baru bales jam 12 lewat dan bilangnya kalo dokter udah dateng! Kalo emg datang jam segitu kenapa ga wa dari jam 11 kasih tau pasiennya? Salah siapa?
Tolong kalo kasih info yang jelas dan tepat jangan setengah2, kasian yang jauh2 dateng ke klinik demi usg malah hasilnya ga ada! Beberapa bumil yg dateng kesana kecewa karna bidannya ga kooperatif! Saya cukup tau dan ga akan balik ke klinik ini lagi! Terimakasih

"The midwife said that the doctor came here fast at half past 11 already", why when I chat, I ask ultrasound from what time until what time the answer is 12 to finish, now in the sense that the patient is finished right or what time? During the chat again, I just replied at 12 past and said that the doctor had come! If you come at that time why don't you tell the patient from 11 o'clock? Whose fault?
Please if you give clear and precise information, don't be half-hearted, sorry for those who came all the way to the clinic for the sake of ultrasound but the results weren't there! Some pregnant women who come there are disappointed because their midwives are not cooperative! I know enough and won't come back to this clinic again! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman, asri, dan bersih. Tepat berada di pinggir jalan raya Narogong (sebelah Indomaret). Ada bidan, dokter umum, dokter gigi juga ada kalau tidak salah. Bisa menerima BPJS. Katanya di sini juga ada USG.
The place is comfortable, beautiful and clean. Right on the edge of Narogong highway (next to Indomaret). There are midwives, general practitioners, dentists too, if I'm not mistaken. Can receive BPJS. He said there is an ultrasound here too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk lahiran oke bidan ada. Kalo untuk dokter umum kurang respek galak. Udah lama nunggu dokter gigi seminggu ga hadir nunggu seminggu lagi. Ibu2 apoteker kurang senyum dan cuek

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter perempuan gendut nya ramah, menjelaskan detail. Anak saya minum obat 3* alhamdullillah sudah sembuh. Pengobatanya cocok Dan Bagus.
The fat female doctor is friendly, explains details. My son is taking 3* medicine, Alhamdulillah, he has recovered. Treatment is suitable and good.
