★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 dokter yg sy temui cukip baik n ramah. Cuma antrianny itu.. hmm.. bisa buat maen ML classic atau ranked smp 2 / 3 match. Obatny jg lumayan cocok si. Kbnr krn sy poe BPJS n milih klinik ini jadi dipake aja, sayang kan dah bayar tiap bulan. Klo k klinik laen malah bayar lg..

Dokter gigi gak gt bagus, pasang tambalan gigi ga bener2.
Dokter umum yg perempuan kecil agak tua masa bertanya ke saya yg sbg pasien "kamu biasa dikasih obat apa? Kamu dikasih obat apa ya" Hahaha are joking... Sy yg berobat masa sy bikin resep sendiri. Kl udh bingung gt ya ga ush jd dokterlah drpd salah2 kasih resep. Mana lama bgt donk nunggu dia buku obat2 dl brp dosisnya astagaaaa... Udh gt ga ngenakinnya dia blg gni, "oh km biasa di resepin xanax ya, gangguan jiwa kamu ya..." Gila gak ada pantes2nya donk dokter bicara ky gt. Gw gak gila woy!!!

Cm yg agak mendingan tu dokter herlina aja. Yg lainnya aduhhh diganti aja deh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau berobat gigi daftar dr hari sabtu. Tp di suruh daftar hari minggu jam 6 pg. Dtng jam 6.40. Hari minggu di blng udah penuh. Suruh daftar lg minggu dpn. Woyyy pipi anak sy udah bengkak mau berobat gigi susah banget. Dengan alasan pendaftaran udah penuh. Klinik apaan tdk melayani secara kemanusian. Mentang2 pk BPJS apa?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biasa dateng pagi untuk berobat ke dr. umum. Sekalinya ingin ke dokter gigi, sudah bikin appointment di aplikasi, di jadwal dokter available jam 18:00-21:00. Saya ke klinik sekitar jam 19:10-19:15 tapi ternyata klinik sudah tutup. Pagar digembok.
Untuk pelayanannya saat pagi cukup baik. Karena dijadikan faskes tingkat 1 BPJS tentu klinik ini selalu ramai.
Edit: saya tanya ke resepsionis ternyata untuk pendaftaran dr. gigi hanya bisa dilakukan setiap hari Minggu jam 06.00 pagi dan praktik dr. gigi pada hari Senin-Selasa jam 16.00 sore. Pendaftaran tidak bisa dilakukan melalui aplikasi, harus datang langsung.
