★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum urus stnk hilang, saya sudah tanya bisa urus stnk hilang apa tidak di sini, eh pas syarat dan berkas semua sdh beres, urus dan sudah di beri formulir, giliran mau bayar suruh bayar 500rb, krn saya ngotot sesuai peraturan hanya bayar 50rb katanya gak bisa urus disini pelayanan sangat buruk.

punya e-skkp ga guna walaupun d tulis setara dgn yg asli tetap aja butuh print out yg dr samsat.

buang2 duit aja buat bikin sistem yg sok2an digital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sepengalaman bberapa kali perpanjang STNK motor disini , untuk motor tidak telat pajak nominal yg dibayar sesuai aplikasi, pernah juga saat pajak telat beberapa bulan, nominal pembayaran sesuai aplikasi tidak kena denda karena masih ada dlm program (pemutihan) bebas bea denda pajak.
Dan pernah saat mengurus STNK orangtua yg sudah jatuh tempo dan ganti plat, saat tanya habis total nya berbeda jauh dgn aplikasi, akhir nya datang k Samsat Cikarang dan nominal sesuai aplikasi.

Masa' udah jauh2 datang kemarin jam 13.30, dibilang udah tutup barusan. Lha? Jangan pakai alasan PPKM, krena dgn PPKM pun setau saya beroperasinya sampai jam 14.00.
Mindset pelayan publik yg kurang baik harus diubah. Klo misalnya tertera jam layanan jam 08.00 - 14.00 ya konsistenlah dgn jadwal. Karena masyarakat patokannya jam itu. Mau sepi atau ramai siangnya, ya tutupnya harus tetap jam 14.00 (sesuai jadwal).
