Actually there are no specific comments. Because it's all natural. Nice interior, reasonable for big brands. Good service is also natural. Good collection according to taste.

β β β β β Low rating due to the service. Not sure if the subpar service is due to being a "franchise" store or what.
Went in with a defect product (defect from the YSL production side, mind you, not from the user), asked for a solution and the manager just flat out said they can't help us with it. No offers to call and check with other stores or head office. He even borderline questioned the authenticity of the bag I bought. The audacity!
Don't get me wrong, I'm still a big fan of the brand. But services in the Plaza Indonesia store (franchise or not) should reflect the brand.
