1 year ago It's better if you shop in bald at the indo plaza rather than hate it ... the service is very good at PI but rather hate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lebih bagus di PI daripada di Sency. Di PI gak pilih² costumer even kita pake baju gak 'rapi'. Tetep senyum dan gercep layanin costumer. Di Sency mah jangan tanya wkwkwk. Pokonya di PI debest.
Better service in PI than in Sency. In PI, we don't choose customers, even we wear clothes that are not 'neat'. Keep smiling and quick to serve the customer. At Sency, don't ask why. Pokonya on PI debest.

Went here twice, the same person serves us, he doesn't welcome us, doesn't offer us drinks (we got served once by other person), he started being nice after we did our payment, lol. The manager doesn't gave positive vibes and alway quite. We love the Balenciaga at Senayan City way better because of the customer service.
