★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the hotel for a mandatory quarantine. It is located in the rural area, near a mosque and a construction site. The noise level was intoleratable. I couldn't sleep or work once the mosque started to make noise. I am willing to pay 2 times of the hotel price for a better location. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The room service was too expensive for a 3-star hotel.

Sadly the room service food is quite expensive and very limited in choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for the mandatory quarantine. I spent 3 nights and here are my constructive feedbacks that I hope it will improve the service and quality of the hotel.
Negative feedbacks:
1. The bed is clean but in overall the room is dusty.
The bathroom seems like hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Many stains and few hairs I found in the sink area.
2. Many ants at the working desk and coffee area.
3. Poor building structure and materials, it creates the sounds from outside can be heard from inside. Even though I stayed at 27th floor, busy traffics are clearly heard. The balcony door is locked but it has a big gap so the wind enters to the room which at night creates lots of sound from strong windy weather.
4. There is smelly air comes and goes, I don’t know where it comes from. But it’s quite disturbing.
5. The wall again poor quality I believe, hence you can hear people talk from the next room, next bathroom, and from the hall.
6. I put ‘do not disturb’ sign at outside my door, as I needed to sleep due to jet-lag, but the room service that brings foods kept knocking on my door until I woke up and opened the door.
7. Internet connection is very choppy during daytime. Hard for me to work. However at night till early morning is fine.
8. TV channels are not many options. No International News, Dominantly local channels. But HBO is available.
Positive feedbacks:
1. Reservation contact person, Mr.Windy is very responsive and easy to reach and works efficiently.
2. Indonesian foods quality is not too bad, I have no complaints but the foods can be more in variety. I informed the staff, and they brought me fish menu instead of chicken :) Appreciate it.
3. Employees are nice and helpful, polite and friendly.
4. I enjoy the view from my room. Jakarta city is densely crowded, but here in Serpong is green and I can see mountains in the morning.
In conclusion, this is 3 stars hotel and I know I don’t expect to have 5 stars hotel quality. However, clean and reliable internet connection is crucial. I hope this information is helpful to the management and to people who are thinking for quarantine in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here during quarantine for 5 days. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. I don't know where to start but last drop was the stale local fruit they gave me with my breakfast. Hotel staff basically doesn't care while you request something like water, soap etc. You need to call many times and yell them, otherwise you may wait for someone to pickup your things for laundry for a few days. Room was dirty, there are cracks on the walls. If it rains, you can see raindrops coming in to your room from there. There were hairs on shower and spots on the sheets, chairs basically everywhere. There are thousands of tiny ants here and they destroyed a box of chocolate I bring for gift to someone. As I was staying on 31st floor, food was always cold because they start from 1st and they provided same meal over and over. As other says, there is a construction looking to the pool site and they are working even at 5AM on Sunday. Also there is a mosque near it and they always broadcasts something via speakers. I've waited to get my clothes from laundry while I'm checking out and they kept me waiting for extra 1 hour for this in the lobby. As I understand that hotel has 4 stars before and now 3 but it doesn't deserve more than 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistemnya rusak jadi baru bisa check in jam set 4. I was order for double superior, but when I open my door, it was twin bed, the receptionist said the double superior was full booked and they cange to twin deluxe without telling me. Never come back to this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for the quarantine hotel. Not many options for food. The bathroom didn’t feel clean and there was mold in the shower. The staff was nice overall, they accommodated to me being vegan. But then there was dairy in some of the food they brought me. They also had no non-dairy options for drinks. The food was also small in portions. The towels were deteriorating and there was only a tiny bit of toilet paper in the bathroom. I wouldn’t stay here again but it wasn’t the worst hotel either.
