★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pasar Rumput flats are intended for communities affected by the relocation of slums along the Ciliwung watershed and river from the Manggarai Water Gate to the MT Haryono Cawang bridge.
Pasar Rumput flats is a mixed use type of vertical housing, with a mixture of market stalls and housing. The flats also connected with a Transjakarta bus shelter to helps its resident's mobility.
Pasar Rumput flats has 3 tower, each tower has 25 levels. The first and second floors will be used as public facilities with a total area of 12.433 square meters. The number of kiosks is 1.314 units. While on the 3rs floor there are public and social facilities with an area of 6.302 square meters.
The residential units are available from the 4th to the 25th floor. The total building area for housing is 119.325 square meters with a total of 1.984 residential units. The area per unit is 36 square meters consisting of a living/family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, and service room.
Starting on July 8, 2021, the government will prepare the Pasar Rumput flats as a centralized isolation area for COVID-19 patients with mild symptoms or no symptoms at all. This step was taken in anticipation of the increasing need for beds for patients as the Wisma Atlet was almost at full capacity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad experience during 8-day quarantine, is not furnished, only bed and basic utilities. the social environment is also not secure..thugs are everywhere at the entrance gate, not safe for public transport, such as grabcar, gocar, etc
