★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay here through online booking. I book studio room with sofa bed. The location is okay and the apartment still new with pool view, but it's difficult if you don't own transportation because there's no minimarket within the complex and it's quite long from the main gate to main road if only by walk. So I recommend you to buy your equipment before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually photos looks better than the actual place but this was the other way around. Almost brand new, fully furnished with large LED TV plus private Indihome STB, 80L fridge, front loading washing machine, induction stove, sinks, a bit small toilet & shower closet. Overall it is a real deal. Not to mention the strategic location & security. Staffs are very helpful & friendly except on the other 2 towers, only if you accidentally drop off the wrong lobby. Pay attention that you need to find Emerald tower lobby & not the other 2 private towers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This appartment is really pretty with marble floor and all and strategic but functionally bad. The service is good, people are really nice but the bad thing is on the building’s design. The parking lot is really narrow for each car and the slope is so steep and narrow (absolutely not for novice driver). Horrible stench coming out from the sewer of this appartment too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually the bedroom was comfy enough for me. but i somehow disappointed by some regulation of the apartement. The privacy is super good but the thing is we need to do reservation for using the facilities. and the limitation for people is just too much. I just stayed 1 night (maybe bcs its a short time) so i cant enjoy the facilities. I recomended you to stay here about 1 or 2 month if you want to use the facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed here for couple of months. They have super clean room, friendly and helpful staffs, complete facilities in the room including washing machine. The place is so quite , and the have security for 24 hours. It located in the center of Jakarta in Menteng, you can find any food court easily such as pizza hut, KFC, etc because the located is strategic. Suitable for couple or family. Recommended place and love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As for me comfortable appartments. Regulations there didn't make me feel uncomfortable. But nearest big mall 3 km from appartments so if u wanna walking to the mall lit bit far ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unsafety for guest especially if you drive your car without driver assistance. You must park your vehicle at Basement B1 or B2. No stair available to reach main lobby or ground floor (GF). No pedestrian marker. No pedestrian space available. The guest must climb the up hill road on an in line that used for entry car to the basement. This safety management is very bad. Need attention for the building management ⚠️
Also, please remove that speed trap after descent on the way down. No need to put the big Speed Trap there. Not everyone using big truck in this city. I myself as a guest is very disappointed due to damage i experienced on my G20's front winglet bumper.
