★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kacau dari segi pelayanan dan dari dokter nya itu sendiri, Kalaupun memang ada prioritas dari pembayaran secara pribadi. Dan BPJS tidak dilayani dengan baik, lebih baik tidak usah melayani pasien BPJS.
 Very chaotic in terms of service and from the doctor himself, even if there is a priority for personal payments. And BPJS is not served well, it is better not to serve BPJS patients.

I think everything is perfect
the rs are friendly. doctor nurse midwife. the administration is not complicated, not complicated.

Saya sc ditangani dr romay &team. Orangnya ramah ramah
Makanan enak
A year ago, when I was born here, my membranes broke, I just let it sit in the corridor in front of the administration for 3 hours and then I was told to lie down. I don't know if the mattress is full or what
I'm handled by Dr Romay & Team. The people are friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bersih, rapih, pelayananya juga baik, Dokter Romaynya ramah dan baik banget plus bidan-bidan dan susternya ramah, terutama satu bidan atau perawat yang saya gatau namanya tidak terlalu tinggi, dan saat itu ready di ruang operasi, ramah dan perhatian banget dengan pasiennya.. Mantap deh..
Clean, tidy, the service is also good, Doctor Romay is very friendly and kind plus the midwives and nurses are friendly, especially one midwife or nurse whose name is not too high, and at that time ready in the operating room, friendly and very attentive to his patient. . Great ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah sakit alternatif di daearah jati mulya, Sudah menerima pasien BPJS. Lokasi strategis depan POM bensin & arah pertigaan Giant.
Tersedia beberapa mesin ATM didalam.
Tidak terlalu ramai Rumah sakitnya, Bisa dijadikan rumah sakit alternatif saja, tidak perlu jauh jauh kalau ada keadaan mendesak.
Alternative hospitals in the area of teak mulya, have received BPJS patients. Strategic location in front of the gas station and the direction of the Giant T-junction.
There are several ATM machines inside.
Not too crowded The hospital, can be used as an alternative hospital, does not need to be far away if there is an urgent situation.

Tiap kesitu data pasien selalu hilang, emang pake komputer apaan sih? Udik…
Udah ngilangin data, pasien lama disuruh ngisi formulir yg banyak pertanyaannya….helllooooo!!! Pasien lg sakit disuruh ngisi gituan? Mana otaknya?!!!!keburu pingsan sus…
CS nya tidak ada ramah2nya wajahnya…cenderung songong2 mukanya…bad hospitality…
Service is pathetic…
Every time the patient data is lost, what computer are you using? hick…
After deleting data, old patients were asked to fill out a form with lots of questions….hellooooo!!! Is the patient sick and asked to fill it out? Where's the brain?!!!!
The CS doesn't have a friendly face...they tend to talk about their faces...bad hospitality...
