★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first child was born in here, service good but at some point when we want to make a payment its taking to long because insurance payment and personal payment combine together make a long queue for payment, but overall best service best doctor, fast response when emergency situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ER is my go to place whenever I am feeling unwell. The doctors and the nurses are responsive, quick, informative, and friendly. I have visited during morning shift, afternoon shift, evening shift, and even late night shift, they are all superb. Their choice of medications works well for me. The room can be a bit messy and dirty at times, yes, but with so many people coming and going, to me it is still tolerable. I won't be expecting an ER that small and almost always fully occupied being squeaky clean. I think those medical personnel deserves some cookies - or donuts.
The hospital's inpatient care is also great. The doctor checks in daily. The nurses are always ready and on time. Response to our complain regarding the bathroom drainage was prompt too. The foods are good enough for a hospital. Cleaning service comes to the room at least twice a day. They all perform their works professionally.
If anything, I think if they have the money, they should update the bathroom closet so patients can operate it with one hand easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the worst experience coming to this hospital. The staff was not friendly, people interrupted at nurse station queue, and the doctor was impolite. I’ve been coming to Hermina Hospital (in another city) for years and never experienced anything like this but yesterday was so disappointing and I feel disrespected. Never gonna come to Hermina Hospital ever again. BPJS? No I paid almost Rp 300.000 with my money, just for that horrible service.
