★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya antar kontrol ibu saya pasca operasi hari ini. Tanggal sudah sesuai dgn surat kontrol yg diberikan. Dan ternyata di tolak dgn alasan hari ini libur gak ada dokternya, dan gak ada perawatnya. Suruh balik lagi senin. Ga habis pikir kalau libur kenapa dijadwalkan hari ini? Kita sebagai pasien hanya mengikuti sesuai arahan. Tp kalo seperti ini jadi merasa dipermainkan. Sangat tidak profesional. Pantesan rs.nya sepi terus. Harus perlu binaan lagi untuk para petugasnya di RS ini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak baik. Suster yang pernah bekerja disana dan memberikan homecare malah menggunakan obat yang salah dan ada pernyataan dari dokter bahwa "obat yang dipakai tidak berguna". Setelah ayah saya makin parah kondisinya, RS ini malah seenaknya memulangkan dan tanpa memberi pinjaman ambulance kepada kami untuk membawa ayah saya pulang. Sampai akhirnya di tlp dan diancam oleh kakak saya akan dinaikan ke media baru diberi pinjaman atay sewa lebih tepatnya karna kami membayar Rp.500.000,- saat mau pinjam sendok di RS ini saja ke susternya katanya tidak ada dan adanya di bagian gizi. Apa tidak bisa pinjam ke bagian gizi. Jiwa pelayanannya kurang dan seperti tidak punya otak karna tidak bisa memperlakukan pasien yang perlu penanganan khusus dengan baik

Can't you borrow it from the nutrition department. The soul of service is lacking and like not having a brain because it cannot treat patients who need special handling properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rumah sakit aneh kalo menurut saya..saya sangat kecewa terutama sama dokter spesialis paru²...saya sudah tunggu anda 2jam lebih karna kata dokter yg lain anda datang PKL 16:30 nyata nya datang PKL 17:00...pas anda datang saya tidak di tanganin sama sekali alesan nya saya demam dah disuruh swab dan hasil negatif..stlah ambil hasil swab dari laboratorium anda malah pegi begitu aja/pulang...aneh dokter kok takut sama orang demam...mudah² anda terjangkit covid biar anda sadar diri ..terimakasih
strange hospital in my opinion..i am very disappointed especially with pulmonary specialists...i have been waiting for you for more than 2 hours because another doctor said you came to street vendors at 16:30 in fact came street vendors at 17:00...when you came to me it was not handled at all, the reason is that I have a fever, I have been asked to swab and the results are negative.. after taking the swab results from your laboratory, you just left / went home... it's strange that doctors are afraid of people with fever... it's easy for you to get covid so you will realize yourself..thank you
