February 2, 2020 Great services from the reception till the last lines. Really appreciate for this kind of services, hopefully they maintain this level as long as possible. February 3, 2020 I came back in the morning for emergency recovery for my family member. Unfortunately the nurse who take care the recovery make a mistake to give us the correct information about the laboratory check. This morning they take blood samples, we need to know how the condition today compare to the previous day. After 1 hour they comeback to us and said that the condition is same level as yesterday. Based on it, they let us to go home with the medical advises. When I want to collect the printed laboratory check, another person who stay in the lab said that the blood samples is remain unchecked. Panic mode from them, also us. So how the nurse inform the laboratory check result when the samples is still unchecked. Then after crosscheck over the lines, there are some missed, first the doctors & nurse forgot to place confirm order to lab, then the nurse read the data from the previous day, the last one when the lab personnel has sample but no initiative to check it with the nurse, how can they have samples from the morning and remain uncheck till afternoon. Beside all of these fatality mistakes, I still appreciate with how they response this accident. They have handled the situation smoothly and did the corrective action really well. Everybody has chances to made mistake, we forgive it, hopefully this kind of accident never happened again in future. March 2, 2020 Anak saya terkena asma bronkial dan disarankan oleh dokter spesialis anak untuk menjalani terapi menggunakan nebulizer 3 kali sehari. Dokter yg menangani di awal sangat baik dan teliti (hari Sabtu sebelumnya), obat yang diberikan cukup efektif. Mulai hari Minggu dokter yang bersangkutan tidak bisa melakukan kontrol pasien karena hanya ada di hari Sabtu saja dan akhirnya terjadi penggantian dokter hingga hari ini. Dokter pengganti memberikan resep tambahan hari ini dan obat yang diberikan hampir sama dengan yang sebelumnya tetapi dosis berbeda, dimana ditingkatkan 4 kali lipat. Awalnya kami berikan obat itu sekali, tetapi merasa aneh karena harus memberikan sebanyak 8 pipet, hal yang tidak pernah kami lakukan sebelumnya. Akhirnya kami tanyakan ke perawat untuk dilakukan konfirmasi ke pihak dokter dan farmasi. Dan ternyata benar dugaan kami, terjadi kesalahan pemberian dosis. Perawat dan farmasi mendatangi kami untuk memberikan koreksi dan permohonan maaf. Kami sangat khawatir dengan efek samping dari overdosis obat tersebut. Menurut kami hal ini sangat disayangkan, apalagi pasien masih berusia 6 bulan. Saya pribadi menilai ada yang salah dengan rumah sakit ini, yaitu ketelitian. Saya mengalami hal serupa sudah 2 kali ini dalam waktu 2 bulan. Untungnya dari sisi lainnya seperti pelayanan, infrastruktur, fasilitas, dan keramahan staff disini mampu menutupi hal tersebut. Saya berharap ke depannya pihak rumah sakit lebih teliti lagi baik dari operator dan sistem. Dan bagi siapa saja yang ingin berobat disini alangkah baiknya untuk meneliti lagi data atau resep dan dosis yang diberikan oleh pihak rumah sakit, agar tidak terjadi salah penanganan. Mau tidak mau kita harus maklum karena staff/operator yang masih baru untuk menjalankan sistem di rumah sakit ini.

The best hospital in town. I never get best service like this before. I like also the cleanliness and very warm service from all staffs and nurses there especially the doctors. Recommended hospital in Solo City.

We should admit that the ambience and atmosphere at this hospital is exquisite. The nurses and all staff were friendly and helpful, was already warmly greeted even at the entrance gate area by the security, their service were very good which was unexpected. All the things I met was clean, I and my big family are always Totally satisfied Biggest thank you to dr. Rustam, Sp. OG (K) and dr. Subagyo, Sp. I went to this hospital when vaccinated my kids, all the people will say this is the most luxurious hospital in town and so am I but it's damn true (take a look at their socmed) . Beside that, all staff were friendly and helpful yet the doctor, she's a good listener and detail when explain my kids' growth. This place will be the first choice for our health care

This is awesome hospital in Solo city. You will feel the nice sensation about the hospital. Clean, comfort and pretty nice staff like the five stars hotel service. Location is very strategic, near from Tirtonadi bus station and Adisumarmo Airport. At this moment still not able BPJS service, but for several insurance can apply there. You can try this, very recommended. Always keep your health... ?

visited here twice, the first time was when I had a toothache and the second one was when my mom had a cold, both experiences good and super fast, the nearest hospital around and so far haven’t disappoint me, also the ambience is nice I feel like in a Korean drama hospital??

visited here during my holiday trip. the doctors and nurses are really nice and helpful. While the admin staffs are also friendly but their services could be better (and/or faster). I had to wait nearly two hours for simple medicines and it wasn't during rush hour
