★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BNI KCP Adi Sucipto terletak disebuah Ruko dekat lampu merah fajar indah tepatnya di kiri jalan arah menuju airport.
Disini mengoptimalkan ruang yang ada,
Lantai 1 digunakan untuk layanan CSO
Untuk lantai 2 digunakan untuk layanan teller.
Begitu masuk langsung disambut oleh satpam security sekaligus resepsionis dan ditanyai tujuan transaksi apa. Setelah itu satpam memberikan no antrian.
Parkir disini dikenakan pungutan 1500 rupiah untuk motor.
BNI KCP Adi Sucipto is located in a shophouse near a beautiful red light at dawn, to the left of the road leading to the airport.

Pelayanan sangat buruk langsung dari Security, cara menerima customer kurang baik, cara bicaranya terkesan sombong, padahal kita konsumen perlu datang ke kantor dikarenakan aplikasi Mobile Banking ada gangguan. Tolong untuk manajemen Bank / vendor SDM / HRD untuk memberikan training ulang kpd staffnya terutama bagian depan.
Banyak nasabah selain saya juga diminta balik besoknya atau ke cabang lain padahal waktu datang masih siang jam 11.20 wib. Alasannya mau istirahat dll. Selain itu Pelayanan sangat lambat.
Udah gitu aja ulasan saya.

Very bad service directly from Security, the way to receive customers is not good, the way of speaking seems arrogant, even though we consumers need to come to the office because the Mobile Banking application has problems. Please for Bank management / HR vendors / HRD to provide retraining to their staff, especially the front.
Many customers besides me were also asked to come back the next day or to another branch even though it was still noon at 11.20 am. The reason is to take a break etc. Besides that the service is very slow.

Waiters are very rotten.. especially the security guard and CS are very long.

datang jam 6.30 agar dapat antrian awal,pembagian nomor jam 7.30 sudah dapat antrian 8 yg datang baru 4 orang ??
very disappointing service, especially the security guard.
