Masukan: untuk fasilitas di ruang rawat inap yang sudah lama dan rusak mohon dicek dan diperbaiki segera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan pasien bagus ,fasilitas memadai, dan para staf ramah. Perawat selalu menyapa pasien dengan 3S (Senyum,Sapa,Salam). Tapj untuk kritik dan sarannya bagi yg pernah masuk disini, masih ada dokter yg visit bertanya terkesan terburu-buru, cepat, smpai pasien blm sempat menjawab pertanyaan krna bingung dan sudah ditinggal lanjut ke pasien selanjutnya. Alangkah baiknya dokter menanyakan keluhan pasien dgn sabar dan nada yg baik tnpa memilih2 pasien mana yg perlu dipelanin suaranya. Mungkin sikap ini menurut dokter itu sndiri biasa tp bagi kami keluarga dan pasien itu merasa kecewa. Terlepas dari masalah ini, terimakasih untuk perawat dan staf pegawai yg sudah berusaha untuk berkata baik dan sopan pada kami. Semoga RSAS menjadi lebih baik lagi dalam bidang manajemen, kepegawaian dan terutama semoga para dokter diberikan kesabaran dlm melayani
Good patient service, adequate facilities, and friendly staff. Nurses always greet patients with 3S (Smile, Greet, Greeting). But for criticism and suggestions for those who have been here, there are still doctors who visit and ask questions that seem rushed, fast, until the patient has not had time to answer questions because they are confused and have been left to move on to the next patient. It would be better if the doctor asked the patient's complaint patiently and in a good tone without choosing which patient to lower his voice. Maybe this attitude according to the doctor is normal, but for us, the family and the patient feel disappointed. Apart from this problem, thank you to the nurses and staff who have tried to be kind and polite to us. Hopefully RSAS will be even better in the field of management, staffing and especially, hopefully the doctors will be given patience in serving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan takut berobat ke RSAS Amal Sehat, walaupun terdiagnosa covid sekalipun, para dokter dan perawat profesional akan merawat kita sesuai prosedur rumah sakit, memberi semangat dan dukungan psikis serta memberikan obat dan penanganan secara tepat, Alhamdulillah terdiagnosa covid-19 dan bisa pulih serta pulang dalam keadaan lebih sehat serta semangat. Awalnya sedih ya didiagnosa covid tapi saya kembali bersyukur bahwa hoax di luaran sana tentang RS Amal Sehat yg mengcovidkan dan menyuntik mati pasien covid itu benar2 HOAX saya bisa membuktikan sendiri karena 6hari dirawat isolasi menjadi pasien covid-19. Terimakasih seluruh perawat dan dokter serta karyawan yg penuh dg tanggung jawab merawat, memberikan fasilitas terbaik demi kenyamanan pasien. Keramahan semua karyawannya dan dokter membuat saya rindu, semoga beliau semua yg memikul amanah kemanusiaan selalu dlm lindungan Allah dan selalu sehat aamiin.

I can prove it myself because I was treated for 6 days in isolation as a Covid-19 patient. Thank you to all nurses and doctors and employees who are full of responsibility for caring for, providing the best facilities for patient comfort. The friendliness of all his employees and doctors makes me miss, hopefully all of them who carry the mandate of humanity are always in the protection of Allah and always healthy, amen.
