Anak saya masuk UGD, dg BPJS kelas 1, dilayani dg baik, kamar jg tersedia tanpa banyak "alasan". Saat akhirnya anak saya harus dirujuk, RSGM mencarikan RS rujukan dan menyediakan ambulance ke RS rujukan.
Rumah sakitnya bersih, gedungnya masih baru.

My child is admitted to the ER, with class 1 BPJS, served well, rooms are also available without many "reasons". When finally my child had to be referred, the RSGM looked for a referral hospital and provided an ambulance to the referral hospital.
The hospital is clean, the building is still new.

Health facilities for the general public. Relatively new, national service standards. Spacious parking, cafeteria, ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman saya berobat disini, ketika saya udah dirujuk faskes 1 kesini, ternyata dokter gigi prakteknya lagi cuti ??? dan antrian utk periksa udah penuh sampai akhir bulan. Ya kali mo periksa gigi sakit harus nunggu sampai bulan berikutnya?????. Akan tetapi, pegawainya ramah-ramah. Saran aja ya bwt direktur RS nya mungkin sistem administrasi pelayanannya perlu diperbaiki.
My experience in medical treatment here, when I was referred by health facilities 1 here, it turns out that the dentist practices again on leave ??? and the queue to check is full until the end of the month. Yes, next time you check the toothache, you have to wait until the next month?????. However, the employees are friendly. Just a suggestion, for the hospital director, maybe the service administration system needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan rumah sakit ini sangat begitu mengecewakan,kenapa kalian menangani pasien sama sekali tidak serius .kalian masih bercanda padahal pasian sudah gawat darurat dan sampai nyawa anak saya meninggal pun tidak ada kata kata maaf untuk saya dan keluarga saya.sunguh tidak ada hati nurani padahal kebanyakan perawatnya perempuan. setelah kejadian itu kalian seperti tidak ada terjadi apa apa,,
sedih ,sakit hati,marah, semua campur aduk.
saya tunggu pihak RS etikat baiknya.
This hospital service is very disappointing, why do you take care of patients not seriously. You are still joking even though you are already in an emergency department and until the life of my child died there were no words to apologize to me and my family. There really is no conscience even though most the nurse is female. after that incident you like nothing happened ,,
sad, hurt, angry, all mixed up.
I am waiting for the hospital to be good.

Proses tindakannya sangat sigap, dr & team Bedah sangat" bekerja sama dengan Baik sekali...
Walau saya pakai BPJS pelayanan tetap Bagus tidak membeda"kan pasien BPJS / umum... Kamar juga bersih, perawat juga selalu Stay ...
Kekurangannya kantinnya tidak buka... Semoga kedepan tetap bagus dalam pelayanannya?????

The action process was very swift, dr & the Surgical team worked very well together...
Even though I use BPJS the service is still good, it doesn't discriminate between BPJS / general patients... The rooms are also clean, the nurses always stay...
The drawback is that the canteen is not open... Hopefully in the future it will continue to be good in service
