Trimakasih banyak RSUD Waras Wiris. Alhamdulillah bpk saya sembuh setelah di rawat di sana, dan pelayanan nya juga oke karyawan ramah2.

Ternyata bukan hanya saya dan keluarga saya yg kecewa dgn pelayanan RS ini Ketika salah satu keluarga saya di rawat di RS ini, saya sempat komplain dg atasan (gk tahu siapa yg saya komplain) Yg jelas org tsb punya andil besar pastinya Namun saat saya komplain soal kewajiban perawat, yg saat itu perawat seolah2 tidak mau mengganti dalaman pasien (maaf)... awalnya ngelak, bilang kalo itu bukan tugas perawat, tp keluarga pasien. Namun saat itu jg saya kirim screenshot dr Google tugas pokok perawat,,, yg salah satunya mengganti dalaman pasien dll... Namun beliau hanya bilang "minta maaf atas ketidaknyamanan dan kekurangan kami" hahaa Itu menurut saya jawaban paling aman .. Bahkan botol cairan infus dibuang depan kamar pasien, AC yg gk beres, pelayanan krg ramah, perawat lihat darah pingsan, ketika akan ada penilaian dr DINKES hebohnya minta ampun, sok2an tertib disiplin dll padahal sblmnya dan setelahnya sama aja hahaa... Satpam yg sok galak, ngelarang rokok di area RS, tahunya pas tengah malam rokok an sendiri di area parkir bawah pohon talok hahaa Ada ada aja disini Good job lah lanjutkan jawaban2 seperti itu dan pelayanan buruknya ??

But at that time I also sent a screenshot from Google which is the main task of a nurse, one of which is replacing the patient's underwear etc... But he just said "sorry for our inconvenience and shortcomings" hahaa That's in my opinion the safest answer.. Even the infusion bottle is thrown in front of the patient's room, the air conditioner is not right, the service is not friendly, the nurse sees faint blood, when there will be an assessment from the Health Office, the excitement is asking for forgiveness, pretentiously disciplined etc. Security guard who acts fiercely, bans smoking in the hospital area, you know at midnight smoking cigarettes alone in the parking area under the talok tree, haha. Good job, continue with answers like that and bad service ??

Terimakasih RSUD Waras Wiirs, keluarga saya kntrol rutin setiap bulan dan sekarang alhamdulillah sudah tidak perlu kontrol lagi, pelayanannya berangsur lebih baik dari waktu-waktu. semoga dapat memberikan yang terbaik lagi untuk masyarakat.

Rumah sakit taeee ,,,bapak ku udah ngurus bpjs kesana kemari ,,katanya bisa deal oprasi terus dadakan dibatalkan akibat katanya kecelakaaan kerja,,,kenapa ga ditanyaa pas awal2 daftar bapak ku shok sampe ga sadar diri kaya perjuangan sia2 ,,kl ga bisa bilang di awalll biar ga kecewa sakit hatii ,terus bapak ku ahirnya mau oprasi dengan biaya oprasional biasa eh malah di covid kan ,,pas awal tes mau oprasi apa merem yaaa udah tinggal nunggu jam tiba2 covid ,la pas awal cek kok lancar2 ajaa ,,haha,,,udah gitu bapak ku ga dapet apa2 malah keluar uang 600 biaya admin taiii,,oprasi ga jadi malah di covidkan ga di kasi apa22,,biar tuhan yang membalas semuanya,yang batill,di yaumul ahir,doa orang tersakiti terijabah
It's a taeee hospital, my father has taken care of BPJS here and there, he said he could deal with the surgery and it was suddenly canceled due to a work accident, why didn't he ask me at the beginning of the list, my father was so shocked that he didn't realize it was like a futile struggle, if he couldn't he said at the beginning so that he wouldn't be disappointed and hurt, then my father finally wanted to have an operation with normal operational costs, even though he was in covid right,, when the initial test was going to have surgery or brake, yeah, it's just waiting for the clock to arrive, covid haha,,, that's how it is, my father didn't get anything, instead he paid 600 admin fees, taiii,, the surgery didn't even happen, nothing was given 22,, let God answer everything, the bad ones, in yaumul ahir, the prayers of the hurting people are answered

Rumah sakit kok kotor, WC lebih bersih WC pombensin. petugas kebersihan tidak standby,, eh pas pulang kontrol petugas nya mala pada nongkrong. bapak ibu waras wiris, banyak yang cari kerja, yng mau bekerja diluar sana, tolong perbaiki management kebersihan kalian.
How come the hospital is dirty, the toilets are cleaner, the petrol stations. the janitor is not on standby, uh, when he comes home, he controls the clerk and hangs out. Mr. and Mrs. Wiris, many are looking for work, who want to work out there, please improve your hygiene management.
