Sangat disayangkan pelayanan dokter & perawat tidak memuaskan, bahkan tidak pernah cek kondisi pasien di ruangan, mau ganti infus aja harus nyari2 perawat, sikap perawatnya judes, tidak ramah, memangnya penunggu pasien harus standby 24 jam lihatin infus habis atau belum, saya bolak balik rawat inap di rs selalu perawat rajin cek dan keliling perhatikan dan cek kondisi pasien, ini kalau nggak di cari perawat entah kemana, pasien ada keluhan juga tanggapannya datar, baru kali ini nemu RS model begini ya, padahal perawat2 di RS yang bagus itu attitude nya dan cara melayani padien luar biasa ramah tidak peduli shift apa saja, barusan saya telp dan marahin, komplain itu perawat shift sekarang di ruang flamboyan 1, jawabannya cuma nggeh2, tenaga medis kok nggak profesional dan nggak berkualitas, parahhhhh.
It's a shame that the doctor & nurse services are not satisfactory, they never even check the patient's condition in the room, if you want to change the infusion, you have to look for nurses, the attitude of the nurses is harsh, unfriendly, indeed the waiting patient has to be on standby 24 hours to see if the infusion runs out or not, I go back and forth for treatment staying at the hospital, the nurses always diligently check and go around paying attention and checking the patient's condition, if you don't look for a nurse somewhere, the patient has complaints and the response is flat, this is the first time I've found a hospital like this, right, even though the nurses in a good hospital have an attitude and the way to serve the patient is amazingly friendly no matter what shift, I just called and got angry, the complaint is that the shift nurse is now in flamboyant room 1, the answer is just annoying, how come the medical staff is not professional and not qualified, it's bad.

Terlalu Banyak Prosedur Antri Sana Sini Yg Makan Banyak Waktu, Kasian Yg Nahan Sakit Cuma Buat Antri Lama2,
Too many queuing procedures here and there that eat a lot of time, poor people who are sick just make long queues,

Pelayanan sangat bagus, sempat 5 hari saya menginap di gedung Cendana guna menemani bapak saya yang kala itu sedang sakit, mulai dari pelayanan, keramahan dan kesigapan para petugas medis sangat baik. Terima kasih telah memberikan pengalaman yang menyenangkan kepada kami selama berobat disini.

Saya bergejala covid, ke igd disuruh ke poli, pas di poli disuruh lagi swab ke igd. Terus hasilnya positif, pas minta surat isolman nggak dikasih. Suruh senin periksa lagi. Alasannya tadi periksa di poli, harus keluar surat dari poli. Terus poli nya dah tutup. Lah bilang aja karena saya pasien non bpjs ke poli bayar, kontrol lagi ya bayar lagi. Sungguh mengecewakan. Buat yang positif mending jangan datang ke sini, cari tempat lain
I have symptoms of covid, I was told to go to the ER to the poly, when I was at the poly I was told to swab again to the IGD. Then the result was positive, when I asked for Isolman's letter, it was not given. Please check again Monday. The reason was that he checked at the poly, had to get a letter out of the poly. Then the poly is closed. Let's just say because I'm a non-bpjs patient to a paid poly, check again, pay again. What a disappointment. For the positive, don't come here, find another place
