★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunggu 3 jam masuk cm 5 menit. Dokternya irit penjelasan. Cm disuruh balik 2 minggu lagi. Dtg tanpa sapaan dan terburu2. Bad servis!
Wait 3 hours to enter cm 5 minutes. The doctor is economical in explanation. Cm was told to come back in 2 weeks. Dtg without greeting and in a hurry. Bad service!

sudah booking untuk dapat nomor antrian tp sampai lokasi harus antri di pendaftaran lagi hanya untuk cetak bookingnya (antri bisa sampai sejam dan berdiri). tidak bisa cetak bukti booking secara mandiri. suter di poli anak sangat rudes. pelayanan di pendaftaran tidak baik, ditanya baik2 hanya dijawab "tunggu ya" sambil jalan pergi tanpa melihat wajah kita yang mengajak bicara.

already booked to get the queue number but until the location has to queue at registration again just to print the booking (queuing up to an hour and standing). cannot print proof of booking independently. suter at poly boy very rudes. service at registration is not good, asked nicely, only answered "wait yes" while walking away without seeing our faces who are talking to us.

The service is good and responsive, but for the doctor, please give a complete explanation of the drug to the patient / family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bintang 3 aja cukup , datang jam 11 bawa bayi umur 4 bulan setelah daftar dan segala macem baru Masuk kamar rawat inap di jam 3 lebih. Nunggu hasil ini itu nya yg lama bgt. #edit kurangin 1 bintang ternyata ga ada free parkir untuk pasien rawat inap , motor nginep keluar 5k.
3 stars are enough, come at 11 with a 4 month old baby after registering and everything is new Enter the inpatient room at 3 o'clock. Waiting for this result is a really long one. #edit minus 1 star it turns out that there is no free parking for inpatients, the motorbike stays out 5k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RS sangat2 ga recomend, pelayanan lelet, administrasi ribet, mau ke igd pasien bukannya boleh masuk ke ruang igd malah dsuruh tunggu di luar sampe dipanggil, heloooooo igd coyyy masa dsuruh nunggu diluar pasien bayi pula bener2 ga punya hati bangt ? dr. igd ketus, antigen lamaaaaaaa nunggu hasil sejam, suster ga ramah, kamar inap kelas 2 gada pencetan panggil suster, suster teledor, 2 hari dirawat tapi dr. Anaknya blm ada yg visit, akhirnya mutusin buat keluar paksa .. kapok sekapok2nya ?

Igd is curt, antigen is too long waiting for results for an hour, nurse is not friendly, class 2 inpatient room doesn't press call for nurse, nurse is careless, 2 days treated but dr. No one has visited the child yet, so finally decided to force her out.. given up on everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital was so rude especially the obgyn and the emergency room.
The obgyn was not meticulously observe when you were pregnant.
The obgyns could not properly differ what ectopic pregnancy.
I experienced once I took ultrasound check since I was pregnant but it bleed.
I asked to do ultrasound yet they just said you did not conceive.
It just your period.
Then I went to another hospital a week after that and they found I was having ectopic problem.
Luckily I was saved.
Then when you have problem with ur kid just bring to the pediatrician never bring ur kid to ER.
And when you want to use bpjs benefit through ER you won't be served nicely.
