Nunggu hasil tes antigen dan hasilnya ko' sampe 2 jam.
Padahal harganya dibatas atas 99rb.
Begitu juga biaya obatnya termasuk mahal untuk sebuah klinik.
Dan yang parah tidak diberikan kwitansi pembayaran (indikasi kecurangan kasir kah?)
 Highly not recommended!
Wait for the results of the antigen test and the results are up to 2 hours.
Even though the price is limited to 99 thousand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reseptionist nya jutek ,ga ada jiwa hospitality/pelayanan sama sekali,apalagi ia bekerja dibagian kesehatan ,saya sebagai seorang yang bekerja di dunia hospitality /pelayanan sangat miris liat service receptionist tersebut,berbicara dengan intonasi tinggi, Tidak sempat tau namanya siapa tapi tadi incharge pada hari ini melayani saya tgl 12 january 2022 pukul 14.58 tolong lebih diberikan training lagi ya receptionist tersebut.terimakasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian Administrasi, BPJS dan dokter nya kaya ga pernah sekolah. udah judes gabisa komunikasi sama orang sakit secara prosedur. masa minta di cek doang malah marah marah apalagi bagian administrasi nya. tolong kepada pihak rumah sakit yang terhormat lakukan evaluasi dan monitoring dengan benar saya masyrakat ga banyak yang kami ingin tolong layani dengan benar, ini malah diperlakukan semena mena masa orang sakit dibentak bentak.
The administration section, BPJS and the doctor are rich and never went to school. I'm already bitchy, I can't communicate with sick people by procedure. When you ask for a check, you just get angry, let alone the administration. Please, the honorable hospital, do the evaluation and monitoring properly. I don't think there's much society that we want to help treat properly, this is actually being treated arbitrarily when sick people are shouted at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo ada Bintang mines saya kasih minus, pelayanannya sangat sangat buruk dari bidan maupun dokter nya. Bidannya serasa ga profesional untuk saya yg baru hamil tdk ada sama sekali edukasinya apalagi kalo cek kandungan masa harus bawa selalu fc ktp kk bpjs yg harus diberikan keklinik memang sekali kasih fc langsung dibuang kali ya datanya. Judes pula resepsionis nya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semua pelayanannya buruk bgt, apalagi dokternya yg cewek masih muda nggak ada ramah²nya sama sekali. Baru kali ini berobat disini nggak memuaskan. Mesti di training lagi kali tuh yg kerja disitu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter muda yang cewek dibagian asuransi nggak becus bgt berobat disitu bukannya sembuh malah mata saya jd bengkak udah gitu minta surat dokter nggak boleh harus gesek asuransi lagi. Nggak akan saya berobat lagi disitu bukannya sembuh malah jadi sakit lagi nggak bener.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik yang berlokasi di Jl.Raya Bogor, perenpatan Radar Auri ini merupakan tempat praktek Dr. Handojo.
Lokasinya cukup strategis, tempat parkir mobilnya tidak terlalu muat banyak.
Selain praktek Dr. Handojo, disini juga ada klinik gigi, laboratorium dan apotek.
The clinic, which is located on Jl.Raya Bogor, is the Radar Auri place where Dr. Handojo
The location is quite strategic, the car park does not fit too much.
